A native of Norton, Ohio, David has called Bath Township home since 1997.  He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Akron, and previously was an instructor at the University teaching continuing education for 10 years.  David has earned the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College.

David is a dedicated husband and father to his two daughters.  He is involved in his community and charity organizations, including West Akron Kiwanis and Western Reserve Land Conservancy.  Away from the office, David enjoys exercising and ocean fishing.

David has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years.  He began his career with Prudential Insurance as an insurance agent and then as a manager. In 1992, David began working at UBS Financial Services, Inc. (formerly PaineWebber Inc.) . He truly enjoys his job.  He also owns Quality Rentals, LLC, investment real estate.  David has been awarded Senior Portfolio Manager, President Club Qualifier for over 12 years, Mid-American All Star, and Pacesetter Club Qualifier over 20 years.

Donna has been in the financial services industry for nearly 40 years.  In 1980, she began her career with UBS (formerly PaineWebber, Inc.) in operations and has been a Financial Advisor since 1993.  Donna has been awarded Vice President - Wealth Management.

Donna is a native of Norton, Ohio and is very involved in the community.  She is currently President of Wolf Creek Players, past Treasurer of the Norton Music Boosters, and past Secretary of the Akron Area Soap Box Derby.  Donna is also involved in V-Day, an international organization to stop violence against women and girls.

Away from the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her musician husband Tim, daughter Gray, and their dogs and cats, and her involvement in community theater

Brent Malone joined the Staats Rizor Financial Group in July 2016 as a Financial Advisor.

Brent grew up in Barberton, Ohio, and now resides in Jackson Township. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M University-Commerce while graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors. He loves spending time with his wife Joy, and son Travis. They enjoy traveling and attending sporting events. Brent has a long history of volunteering in various youth development programs and is very active in his local community. He won a silver medal in the Junior Olympics in Tae Kwon Do and was a track and field standout and coach.

Brent's passion for investing was evident as far back as his teen years. Inspired by a college professor who had worked as a stockbroker on Wall Street, he has devoted many years of his life to further expanding his investment knowledge. Another talent Brent brings to the team is his creative knowledge of marketing.  Brent truly enjoys helping people develop and achieve their financial goals.
