Ben is at the center of all of our financial plans within Soundview Wealth Management and is a Certified Financial Planner. With more than 20 years of wealth management experience, he focuses on creating a comprehensive financial plan specific to your family, your goals, and your objectives. He graduated from Colgate in 1993, and became a bench chemist at the biotechnology company, Chiron. Ben's interest in the investment process grew during these years of strong biotechnology equity markets. He then spent five years of intensive training at the Quick & Reilly Group in several roles in investment services and management prior to joining UBS in 2001. Ben resides in Old Greenwich with his wife, Nadja, and their three daughters, Kendall, Brielle, and Giselle.

Megan joined UBS in 2004 as part of the firm’s Graduate Training Program, a rotational program throughout Wealth Management. After completing the program in 2006, she joined the Institutional Equities Group, working with UBS Investment Bank’s global equity research team to facilitate the investment process for hedge funds, mutual funds, and managed account investment management teams. Within Soundview Wealth Management, she combines her capital markets experience with her wealth management experience to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions. She received a B.S. in Management and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University. She lives in Old Greenwich with her husband, Craig, and their three sons, Austin, Owen, and Logan.

Denise advises clients on asset allocation, retirement planning, estate planning, education funding, long term care, and insurance needs along with balance sheet analysis. She guides clients through major life events helping them preserve and pass on their wealth to the people that matter most to them.
Denise has over 25 years of wealth management experience at UBS. Prior to joining UBS in 1999, Denise had wealth management roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Morgan Stanley. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Economics and Management from State University of New York, Empire State.
Denise has spent most of her life in the NY metropolitan area. She has a daughter, Taylor, two sons, James and Steven, along with two grandchildren, Seamus and Anna. Denise enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, and tennis. She is an active supporter of numerous charitable organizations including the Seamen’s Church Institute of New York and New Jersey and the Pan Mass Challenge.

Jim has over 30 years in executive management within the financial services and insurance industries. Jim focuses on high net worth families, private businesses, and private endowments. He has over 20 years of public and private board experience which assists in understanding his clients goals when developing their overall financial and investment plan.
Jim has an MBA from Clarkson University and a BA in economics/finance from St. Lawrence University. He was a trustee at Clarkson for over a decade, where he was a member of the University’s investment endowment board.
Jim has two adult children. For the past 5 years, he has had the pleasure of working at UBS with his son, Doug. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, swimming, cycling, and skiing. He has been in involved for the past 13 years participating in the Pan Mass Challenge raising funds to support cancer research at The Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Doug plays a key role within the team, helping to create the financial and estate plans that serve as the cornerstone of clients’ financial lives. He anchors planning in a deep understanding of what each client wants to accomplish over the near and long term. As a Certified Financial Planner, he builds comprehensive financial plan and then carefully tracks progress—ensuring that the plan remains aligned with their overall goals and objectives over time.
In addition to working with clients near or in retirement, Doug works with clients in the early stages of their financial journeys, whether they are looking to step into a family business or seeking to forge their own career or business path. Experienced in helping younger clients lay the groundwork for future success, he helps them think through important goals and connects them with a range of resources to help them move forward with greater confidence.

Rob Pizzella is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor who works with individuals, family offices, C- suite executives, private business owners, non-profits, endowments, and foundations.
Rob works in concert with a team of UBS specialists to act as a strategic advisor to clients that always begins with a tax efficient financial plan. The plan is followed by a prudent and dynamic investment allocation with diligent consideration of risk management assessments. Leveraging the extensive resources of UBS, guides clients on both sides of their balance sheet with customized credit, mortgage lending, concentrated positions, estate planning and wealth transfer.
Rob has over 30 years of both Private Bank Advisory and Institutional Capital Markets experience working directly with clients. In addition, he also has held market executive leadership roles for investment management teams at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and most recently as a Senior Private banker and Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. His “student of the market” mindset provides his clients the most up to date perspectives on trending themes, favored sectors and geopolitical issues effecting portfolio construction.
Rob earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University and an MBA from Fordham University, majoring in finance. In addition, he holds a certificate of studies in strategy and innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School.
Rob is active in the local community and is currently serving on the Northeast Greenwich Association Board. He has been a presenter at the Greenwich Boys and Girls club on financial literacy, as well as a former trustee of the Westport Country Playhouse. He resides in Greenwich with his wife Marna and their three children, Madigan, Lauren, Jacklyn. In his leisure time, Rob enjoys golf, history and traveling.

Elizabeth strives to provide a superior service to clients and build strong relationships with them. Her responsibilities include daily administrative functions, order entry and client communications.
Elizabeth has been with our office since 1990 and has over 30 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining UBS, she held positions in operations including operations manager. She initially joined the team in 2008, and strives to not only provide a superior level of service to clients, but to sustain a strong business relationship with them as well. Among her many responsibilities, she is charged with daily administrative functions, order entry and client communications. She resides in Stamford, Connecticut, with her husband, Daniel.

Bari strives to build lasting relationships with clients and help them successfully navigate the Soundview team and the resources offered to address their wealth management needs.
Bari joined UBS in 2011 after four years as a client associate at Wells Fargo Advisors. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in human development from Syracuse University. In her free time, Bari enjoys playing tennis, working out and taking vacations, day trips and spa days.
