Senior Vice President–Wealth Management
David began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1983. After 25 years at Morgan Stanley, he moved his team to UBS. David has seen it all in his 30+ years in business. He has helped clients navigate through the crashes of 1987 and 2008, the bull market of the 90's and the tech events of 2000. He has witnessed numerous recessions and steered clients through the tax policies of 5 different Presidential administrations. Throughout all of this David has provided calm counsel and clear thinking to keep clients focused on their long-term goals and to plot a course of action based on opportunity not emotion.
To better help his clients, David has sought advanced expertise in numerous areas. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation, received Wealth Advisor training from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and is designated as Portfolio Manager at UBS. David received a B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Outside the office, David is an active member of his community and is involved in numerous charitable organizations. In 1996, David founded a holiday giving program with local Chicago schools that provides clothes and toys to hundreds of families in need. David and his wife, Julie, reside in Flossmoor and have three adult children.
Vice President–Wealth Management
As a Financial Advisor, Taylor works to help individuals and families pursue their goals through comprehensive planning and investment management. Taylor joined UBS in 2014 and previously served as the financial planning specialist for the Chicago complex. In this role, she provided expertise to ultra-high net worth clients on a variety of topics including retirement income and cash flow analysis, estate and multi-generational planning, business succession, and executive compensation and benefit strategies. Prior to UBS, Taylor worked at Nuveen Investments as an Internal Advisor Consultant.
Taylor is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. She also holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designations.
Taylor received a B.A. in Economics and Strategic Communication from Miami University. Outside the office, Taylor serves on the Junior Board of Youth Guidance, a local organization focused on the advancement of at-risk youth. She resides in Chicago with her husband, Patrick.

Judy’s approach to client service
Judy brings 30 years of experience to the team and has been a member of the Smith Wealth Management Group for over 15 years. Over that time, she has grown to deeply understands each client's needs and expectations. She truly enjoys getting to know the clients and their families and is constantly finding ways to enhance the relationship. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing daily client activities which include managing cash flows, coordinating client reviews and responding to general client inquiries.
Judy and her husband, Phil, live in Valparaiso, Indiana. They are proud parents of four children and especially proud grandparents of Dominic, their only grandchild. After spoiling Dominic, Judy enjoys reading, gardening and traveling.
