Jennifer has been a trusted advisor to personal injury clients and personal injury attorneys for the past 25 years. She focuses on the complex integration of structured settlement planning, investment management, and tax and estate planning strategies. Her practice is highly specialized in both the use of qualified and non-qualified structured settlements to achieve a client’s long term financial goals. She has been deeply involved in the structured settlement industry since 1997 and has authored several papers and spoken nationally on protecting a settlement recipient’s financial interests.
A former practicing attorney, Jennifer spent her legal career with the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, primarily in the Trust and Estates group. Jennifer is a member of the New York Bar. She earned her J.D. from Columbia University Law School where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and received her B.S. from Pennsylvania State University. Jennifer is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business Investment Management Analyst Program, earning the Certification of Investment Management Analyst™ (CIMA®) designation. She holds the Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses from FINRA as well as Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses. CA Insurance #0D03838.

Chris focuses on structured settlements, investment management, asset allocation, and the distribution needs of settlement recipients. Over the last 25 years, he and Jennifer have worked with some of the most preeminent law firms on cases including BP/Deepwater Horizon, 9/11, American Airlines 587, Ford/Firestone rollovers, GM gas tank explosions, Fen-phen, medical malpractice, birth trauma and product liability. Chris’s clients are predominantly people who need planning having to do with a sudden transfer of money stemming from a personal injury settlement or from a business transaction. He specializes in protecting and growing these transfers through the use of structured settlements and diversified investment planning. Chris has authored a number of articles and spoken on structured settlements and protecting a settlement recipient’s financial interests.
Chris received his B.A. from Colorado State University. Maria specializes in creating and designing structured settlement payment plans to meet the current and future needs of individuals, families and attorneys who are receiving settlement funds as a result of a personal injury lawsuit. Maria has over 25 years of experience working with structured settlements. She began her career in 1996 in the Structured Settlement division of Met Life, before moving on to become a Structured Settlement Administrator first at Ringler Associates and then at The Pension Company before moving to UBS Financial Services Inc. in May 2011. Maria holds life and health insurance licenses and the Series 7 and 66 licenses from FINRA. She has also earned her Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation which is administered by the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) in conjunction with the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza School of Business.
