Nancy has over 22 years of experience providing personalized financial advice, focusing her talents on serving the investment needs of high net worth individuals and corporations. She has 15 years of experience as a Portfolio Management Director managing client portfolios and helping our clients understand investment risk while keeping their long-term goals in mind. She is dedicated to working with our clients to both preserve and grow their wealth. Nancy appeared in the December 2012 issue of Forbes.
Nancy is a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) who focuses specifically on the retirement planning needs of individuals. Nancy utilizes the "bucket approach" which consists of three separate portfolios, each with a range of investments meeting specific needs over a particular time horizon. She helps to advise and manage clients’ wealth with the goal of preparing them for a comfortable life both before and after retirement.
As a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional, Nancy is committed to developing long-term relationships with clients and their families. She identifies and analyze the unique challenges high-net-worth individuals face and is able to develop specific strategies to minimize taxes, monetize and protect assets, maximize growth and transfer wealth. Utilizing UBS competitive platform, Nancy provides clients with flexible lending options based on individual needs bearing in mind how financing may fit within their larger financial picture. She integrates commercial real estate into clients overall wealth management strategies as well as helps businesses and individuals prepare for their short-term liquidity needs.
Nancy earned a B.S. in finance from St. John’s University as well as an M.B.A. in finance from Hofstra University. She also completed Wealth Management Theory & Practice program through Yale School of Management. Nancy, her husband and their three daughters reside in Garden City.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ Rob's focus is on constructing comprehensive financial plans giving clients security for their financial future. Rob relies on his wealth of knowledge and his ability to understand the clients' needs to develop an individualized plan. After reviewing the client's overall picture, including assets, liabilities, income, taxes, investments and estate planning, Rob creates a plan that helps clients prepare financially for their specific events such as college or retirement.
Prior to holding the position as a Financial Advisor, Rob served as a Wealth Planning Analyst for the Long Island Market. He created and presented financial plans for a wide array of clients while servicing the financial advisors throughout Long Island.
Rob holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as licenses for life, accident and health insurance, and variable annuities. His designations include the Certified Financial Planner™ as well as Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM. Rob received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Fairfield University and is a graduate of Chaminade High School. Rob resides in Island Park.

Wealth Strategy Associate
Ellen has over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ellen’s background is in retirement planning and investment consulting, with experience at Taft-Hartley Defined Benefit Funds and Health & Welfare Funds. She also worked with Morgan Stanley and Marcum Wealth, an independent advisory firm. She began her career at Goldman Sachs & Company in private wealth management.
Ellen’s primary focus is on client relationships, assisting with account inquiries, account opening and maintenance, and effective communication to provide relevant information in a timely manner. She provides support to the team and implements an overall positive client experience.
Ellen earned a BBA in International Business and MBA in Finance from Hofstra University. She currently holds her Series 7, Series 6, Series 63 and Series 66 licenses, and has a certification in the Essentials of Investment Consulting Certificate Program from the Investment Management Consultants Association. Ellen and her husband and family reside in Plainview.
