Modesto “Moe” Ruggiero is founder of Ruggiero Wealth Management (RWM). For more than 35 years he has led a boutique team which helps families manage their wealth, businesses, and legacies. Due to the trust that Moe has cultivated over the years, as many as four generations of the same family have relied on RWM for their financial, investment management, and succession planning needs.

Moe is a member of the prestigious Chairman's Club within UBS, a designation reserved for the firm’s most accomplished financial advisors. 

Before entering the financial services industry in 1986, Moe worked at McDonald Douglas in St. Louis as a Flight Test Engineer on the F-18 Navy flight test program. During his travels, he became interested in studying business. This, combined with his desire to interact and help people more directly, led him to redirect his analytical skills to pursue a career in wealth management.

He is active in the community and is deeply involved with his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame, where he has chaired various committees. He served on the University of ND’s Alumni Association Board of Directors and also as president of the ND Club of Cleveland. Most recently, he joined the Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital Board of trustees and St. Vincent Charity’s Spine and Orthopedic Institute Leadership Council. In the past, he has helped many community service organizations, including a church endowment fund, an inner-city junior tennis league, and a center dedicated to helping impoverished residents.

Family is extremely important to all the Ruggiero's. Moe’s parents emigrated to America from Italy. He and his wife, Angela, have four grown children and live in Brecksville with their dog.  Moe enjoys traveling, bicycling, CrossFit workouts, and playing bocce with family and friends.

Steve began his career in financial services in 1991 in Denver, CO and took the opportunity to move to Cleveland, OH in 1995. After working with financial advisors in various management positions at UBS, he joined RWM in 2012. Steve has earned the Certified Financial Planner® designation, which is recognized as the standard of excellence for competent and ethical financial planning in the wealth management industry. He focuses on financial and retirement planning through an ongoing and disciplined comprehensive process. He is proactive in incorporating all Five Pillars of wealth management (Accumulation, Growth, Preservation, Protection, and Transfer). His wholistic approach includes coordinating information with your tax and estate planning advisors. Steve and his wife, Nicole, live in Eastlake, and he has two daughters, Linsey and Sophie.  In his time away from work, Steve enjoys volunteering at the Cosgrove community center and Cleveland Food Bank.  He also donates blood regularly with the Red Cross.

Giovanni joined RWM in 2010. He focuses on portfolio management and investment research, as well as working with business owners on growth acceleration. He has earned both the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designations.  He graduated from Xavier University and St. Ignatius High School. Outside of the office, he enjoys running and cycling, as well as spending time with his family.

Georgette began her career at UBS in 2000, excelling as a Client Service Associate, Operations Manager, and then Technology Specialist for the NE Ohio Region. She joined RWM in 2018 as the group’s Chief Operating Officer. Her focus is optimizing the group’s strategic capabilities through the coordination of our full suite of wealth management operations and specialists. This includes extending our business development and enhancing our first class client concierge services. She and her husband, Timothy, reside in Brunswick with their sons, Joshua and Sean. Georgette enjoys reading, skating, swimming and going on bike rides with her boys.

Tyner Haag joined RWM in 2019, after graduating from the University of Dayton. He focuses on investment strategy & research for portfolio management, and financial goal analysis for the group’s financial planning.

He has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute, which is recognized as the peak international, technical portfolio construction program for investment professionals.

 Tyner is an alumni of Walsh Jesuit High School and now resides in Tremont with his fiancé, Sarina. Away from the office, you can find him running, traveling, and spending time with family & friends.

Jennifer is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and aviation, bringing a unique blend of skills and expertise to her role at UBS. She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University, where she simultaneously pursued her passion for aviation, obtaining her pilot ratings and gaining extensive experience as a Flight Instructor and Charter Pilot over eight years.

With fifteen years of experience in the banking industry, Jennifer has honed her skills as a Relationship Banker, consistently delivering exceptional service and financial solutions to her clients. She holds various licenses, including Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses, as well as investment licenses in Series 6, 7, 63, and 66, showcasing her commitment to professional development and comprehensive financial knowledge. Jennifer's passion for excellence, coupled with her extensive experience and dedication to her clients, positions her as a valuable asset to the UBS team.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer leads an active life with her husband, Mark, and their three children. They share a love for travel and adventure, often exploring new destinations as a family. Jennifer takes pride in supporting her children as they pursue their own careers and academic endeavors, with two already embarked on their professional journeys and the third currently attending Kent State University, majoring in Biology.

Kevin begin his career in financial services in 1987 and joined RWM in 2007. As a Senior Client Service Associate, he is an administrative specialist. His focus is on all of our clients' account operational services and needs. Kevin and his wife, Debra, have three children: Melissa, Jennifer and Ryan. They reside in Willowick.  The family spends time volunteering for their community and schools. They enjoy amusement parks, camping and traveling.
