Senior Vice President–Wealth Management
Adam is the second generation of The Ruedig Group. He began with UBS in 2009 after a career as an architect in New York, Philadelphia and Boston. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in physics from Dartmouth College, a Master of Architecture degree from Yale University and the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designation.
Adam serves on the board of New Hampshire Public Radio where he is chair of the Investment Subcommittee. He is also President of the Portsmouth Housing Authority LTD Board and serves on the board of Reaching Higher New Hampshire. He has served on the boards of 3S Artspace and Red River Theater and coached numerous youth sports teams. Adam lives in Portsmouth with his wife Reagan and their sons Charlie and Tom. They enjoy skiing, mountain biking, playing music, hiking and restoring their historic home (sometimes).

Vice President–Wealth Management
Tiffany has worked in the financial services industry since 2010. She holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing with a minor in finance from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and also holds the designation of Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®).
Tiffany previously served on the Concord YMCA Board and lives in Concord, New Hampshire with her two daughters, Amelia and Olivia. She enjoys running, skiing, hiking and travel.

Dave has worked at UBS and its predecessor firm, PaineWebber, as a Financial Advisor in Concord since 1981. He has completed advanced training in complex investment and financial planning to receive the Wealth Advisor designation. David holds a Bachelor's degree in history with honors from Dartmouth College and a Master of Arts from McGill University.
Among his many community activities, he has been chair of the Concord School Board, the New Hampshire State Board of Education, and Concord Hospital. Currently he chairs the board of The New Hampshire Historical Society. He lives in Concord with his wife, Mary, and has two adult children and four grandchildren. Dave likes to spend time with his family, read, play golf, fish and ski.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Katie joined UBS in 2018. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she studied organizational behavior and international business. She earned her Master of Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to joining UBS, she worked at Fidelity Investments where she serviced High Net Worth clients.
Katie is from Gloucester, Massachusetts. She currently lives in Rochester with her two dogs, Benji and Marcie. Katie enjoys reading, hiking, strategy games, playing ice hockey year-round.

Wealth Management Associate
Vicki is a Wealth Management Associate and has been with UBS since 2008. She is one of our client service contacts and is responsible for relationship management, account administration and operational functions.
Vicki attended Eastern Connecticut State University and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Management. Vicki holds the Series 7, 66 and 9 securities licenses as well as Life and Health Licenses and has over 20 years of industry experience.
Vicki lives in Vernon with her two children. She enjoys gardening and spending time at the beach.

Stephanie joined UBS in 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Plymouth State University where she studied Business Administration. Prior to joining the team, she worked for the State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services. During her time with the State, she worked as a human resources specialist supporting the workforce as well as in client services serving the NH community.
Stephanie grew up in Pembroke, New Hampshire and currently resides in Northfield with her family and two dogs, Hatchett and Chloe. She enjoys watching her son, Logan, play baseball, soccer and flag football as well as being outdoors hiking, camping and kayaking with family and friends.
