Born and raised in Malden, Massachusetts, Shawn entered the financial services field in 2000 working operations for Smith Barney and then as a Financial Advisor with AG Edwards. After 9/11 Shawn became a police officer in Dennis Massachusetts. He returned to financial services approximately 8 years ago where he worked at Morgan Stanley. In September of 2022, he joined UBS Financial Services in Peabody which is a satellite office to Boston. Shawn currently resides in Beverly Massachusetts and has two children, a daughter Kailey 23yrs old and son Drew 21yrs old.
