Upon graduating from the University of Michigan, John spent over 10 years with several Fortune 500 Corporate Consulting Firms. It was there John developed his receiving client designate Consultant of Choice, a building block that would ultimately form the foundation of Tortuga Financial Group. After working as a consultant, John began working at Merrill Lynch, where he achieved the title of Certified Financial Manager. He came to UBS in 2008 where he is currently Vice President of Wealth Management. For over 25 years, John has diligently assisted families develop and implement their tailored financial plans. John and his wife of over 30 years, Claudia, share a passion for travel, scuba diving, and spending time near the water.

Jon graduated from the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor in 2011 with a B.A. in Economics. There he spent his time interning at Merrill Lynch and First Investors Corporation. Upon graduation, Jon entered the financial service industry working for Quicken Loans in Detroit, first as a purchase banker helping clients buy their dream homes then rotating to the capital markets team working on the pricing and hedge desk. Prior to joining the UBS team in 2020 Jon was a Senior Analyst at Ally Financial working for the Direct Lending team.

Jon is married to his high-school sweetheart, Megan, and happily resides in Plymouth, Michigan with his daughters- Lyla, Poppy and Josie in addition to his female fur baby Madeline (rescue cat).

Matthew graduated Eastern Michigan University back in 2012. Upon graduation, he spent time as a substitute teacher until he began working as an Account Manager for an industrial parts supplier. In 2017, Matthew joined the UBS family where he currently works as a Client Services Associate. Family has always been the key to happiness for Matt and now enjoys working alongside his father Ron, his uncle John; and his brother-in-law Joshua. Matthew lives in Livonia with his wife, Sarah, and their son Oliver. Spending time outdoors, performing and listening to music, and travel are just a few of his favorite pastimes.
