Robert Lehnhardt brings nearly four decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a career built on deep expertise, trusted relationships, and a commitment to helping families work toward their long-term financial goals. He began his career in 1986 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.
Prior to joining UBS in 2012, Robert spent 16 years at Merrill Lynch, where he held a variety of leadership and advisory roles. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Associate Resident Director for the Green Valley, Arizona office, providing leadership and guidance while maintaining a strong focus on client service. Earlier in his career, Robert also worked with First Interstate Bank of Arizona, giving him a broad perspective across both banking and investment management.
Robert’s practice is centered on long-term client relationships that are built on trust, understanding, and personalized service. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation, allowing him to provide guidance that often extends beyond investment management. His approach is designed to help families navigate financial decisions at every stage of life with confidence and clarity.
He provides clients with core investment strategies complemented by tactical asset allocation, helping them manage risk while pursuing their financial objectives. Through thoughtful planning, disciplined investment strategies, and ongoing communication, Robert works closely with his clients to support their evolving needs and long-term goals.
Robert and his wife, Lisa, reside in Tucson, Arizona. They are actively involved in their church community and enjoy spending their free time exploring the outdoors throughout the Southwest.
