Russell uses his broad wealth management expertise to help high net worth individuals and families achieve their financial and life goals. Applying a research-driven advice process, he guides clients through a financial prioritization that emphasizes risk management and communication. 

In addition to helping families, Russell focuses on helping business owners maximize the value of their largest asset – their business.  He works alongside business owners to help identify goals, formulate a plan, and evaluate prospective options.  He has been privileged to assist many successful business owners in this regard and can provide relevant credentials, including white papers and personal cases studies upon request.

Prior to joining UBS, Russell worked as a Vice-President within both J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank and Goldman Sachs in New York.  Earlier professional experience includes roles as a business development and M&A analyst for a large national healthcare provider, as well as prior management experience for a nationally recognized private equity sponsor.  Russell received his M.B.A from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and his undergraduate B.E. from Vanderbilt University. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, as well the Certified Exit Planning Advisor accreditation. 

Along with his wife, Natalee and three children, Russ supports various charitable organizations, and is an avid thoroughbred racing and college sports enthusiast.
