Raymond C. Schmidtke Jr. has over 30 years of experience working in the capital markets. Ray graduated from the University of Washington in 1983 with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He attended the Executive MBA program at Pacific Lutheran University before joining Smith Barney in May of 1983. His work with Corporate Clients included Cash Management and participating in Smith Barney’s Middle Markets Group and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. As First Vice President - Investments he earned the designation as Retirement Plan Consultant with the firm. In August of 2010, Ray joined UBS Financial Services, Inc. His work has continued as Senior Vice President – Wealth Management. He has earned a designation as Portfolio Manager within the UBS Portfolio Management Program. In 2014, he began working with Colin Simon to establish The Rainier Consulting Group which specializes in retirement plan consulting.
