As the founding co-partner of Princeton/Park Avenue Institutional Consulting, Marc and his partners built the team with a distinct vision. Through a multi-generational, high-touch approach, he leads the team bringing decades of experience in successfully solving for complex issues for both affluent clients and institutions, such as corporations, non-profits, foundations, and endowments.
Background
Marc was a partner in the development of the UBS Institutional Consulting Group, previously named PRIME Asset Consulting at Paine Webber & Kidder Peabody. He was also a founding partner of a New York Stock Exchange firm, a Director of the Office State Courts Administrator for the State of Missouri, and a Consultant to the Special Investigation Commission of the New Jersey Senate. Marc earned the Chartered SRI Counselor™ designation to keep up with the latest sustainable, responsible and impact investment strategies that may be available to his clients, and he is also highly knowledgeable in alternative strategies. Marc earned a B.A. from Rutgers College with distinction and a M.S.P.A. degree from Harry S. Truman School of Government from the University of Missouri–Columbia. He also was a U.S. National Presidential Fellowship graduate.

Marc cares deeply about his community and is a board member of multiple charitable organizations in the greater Princeton-New Brunswick area, including the Red Cross State Board and the Investment Committee of the Greenwood House Foundation.

Linda applies her expansive knowledge and insight toward pursuing the objectives of family offices and institutional clients, including pension plan fiduciaries, investment committees, foundations and endowments. She serves as the team’s lead advisor, focusing on helping clients establish their strategic direction based on their unique goals. Having advised clients through multiple market cycles, Linda can offer a long-term perspective to help clients navigate volatility with a steady hand.
Financial services has been Linda’s career and passion since 1985. Early in her career, she worked at Prudential-Bache and Oppenheimer and then joined UBS (PaineWebber) in 1996. Her tenure at the firm translates into an ability to quickly identify and access the specialists and resources she needs to implement strategies on behalf of her clients. To continue her education in the areas that align closely with the needs of her clients, Linda earned the Foundations and Endowments Certificate and the Certified Investment Manager Analyst designation from the Wharton School of Business, as well as the Chartered SRI Counselor™ designation. A leader within the firm, she is a co-chair of the UBS Institutional Consulting Advisory Council and a committee member for the UBS 401(k) U.S. and Puerto Rico retirement plans. She earned a B.B.A. in international business from Hofstra University.
Outside the office, Linda is a Board member of the YMCA of Greater New York, as well as a member of the Economic Club of New York and the National Italian American Federation. Linda gives back to the community by mentoring service members who are transitioning into the civilian workforce through American Corporate Partners. Additionally, she volunteers as a judge for the annual Texas Christian University Neeley School of Business Values and Ventures global entrepreneurship competition. Linda is married and has an adult son. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, skiing and reading.

Focus
Craig utilizes his deep analytical expertise to enhance the client experience of the affluent clients. He maximizes investment objectives and evaluates investment performance relative to proper benchmarks over various interest rate scenarios. Craig specializes in fixed income, however his expertise also includes equity portfolios and recommending strategies to optimize portfolio performance. He looks at both economic and investment indicators and strives to always provide an educational point of view. Craig’s trading background provides him with the unique ability to understand the complexities of wealth management as well as the investment committee side of the business.

Craig joined UBS in 1995. He brings broad experience in research, product knowledge, optimization techniques and asset allocation. Craig has worked as a Financial Analyst and Asset Allocation Specialist. Joe seeks to enhance the financial lives of private wealth and institutional clients by tailoring their personalized investment strategies toward their objectives. Having spent part of his career as a financial planner, he views investment management through a planning lens. He takes a goal-oriented approach and begins with the end in mind, whether that goal is legacy objectives for a private wealth client or cash-flow planning for an institution. Joe originally joined UBS through its Graduate Talent Program, a two-year analyst program designed to give him exposure to the full range of capabilities that UBS has to offer its clients. This position allowed him to make connections within the firm and understand its full scope of resources, which he relies on today to seamlessly implement his strategies for clients.
Since joining the firm in 2015, Joe has held several roles before joining Park Avenue Investment Consulting. In addition to the Graduate Talent Program, he was previously a Financial Planner developing customized plans to help clients meet their long-term financial objectives and an Assistant Market Head supporting Financial Advisors in utilizing the spectrum of UBS resources to serve their clients. To enhance his focus on asset management and portfolio construction, Joe has received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He has also received the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designation, the Series 7, 66 and various insurance licenses. He graduated from Villanova University with a finance and accountancy double-major and a real estate minor.
Joe lives in Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey, with his wife, Claire, and their Cavapoo, Copper. In his free time, Joe volunteers for Hearts for Emma, a foundation that promotes organ and tissue donation, and he enjoys exercising, golfing and playing chess

Gail prepares performance reports, analysis and meeting documents for institutional clients, including foundations, endowments and retirement plans. With more than 25 years on the team, she is a valuable resource for understanding and relaying the background and evolution of the team’s long-term client relationships, and she often attends client meetings to provide continuity and historical context. Gail has also worked with individuals and families during her tenure and remains committed to maintaining these client relationships as well.
Gail began her financial services career with the team in 1997 as an Investment Associate and has since earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation. She graduated from Oswego University with a B.A. in public relations.
Gail and her husband live in Manhattan. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and visiting wineries around the world.

With more than a decade of industry experience, Ryan began his career at Vanguard, then joined Princeton Investment Consulting. To meet the wide range of client needs, he earned the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ designation and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses, along with the New Jersey Insurance Producer’s license. Ryan holds a B.S. in finance and marketing with a minor in philosophy from Manhattan University.

Lisette serves as the first point of contact for the team, taking care of day-to-day client needs. She focuses on opening new accounts and assists with security trading, margin reporting and scheduling. Lisette excels at working at a fast pace and has a sharp attention to detail. Kathryn assists clients with their day-to-day account-related needs. She handles wires, trade requests, new account openings and other key responsibilities using a problem-solving approach to determine how to help meet clients' needs promptly and seamlessly. Kathryn understands the value of dedicated client service and makes this her highest priority.
Before joining the team in 2023, Kathryn worked at Guidepoint, a research services firm based in NYC, where she served initially as a client service associate and later as a research manager. She graduated from Villanova University in 2022 with a B.A. in economics and a minor in computer science. Kathryn holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Originally from Massachusetts, Kathryn enjoys exploring New York City, trying new restaurants and running along Manhattan's West Side Highway.

Greg builds relationships with individuals, families and institutional clients as they work toward a range of personal and professional objectives. He focuses on generational wealth transfer and estate planning solutions, especially for clients who own large parcels of land and seek to realize their preservation objectives for their farms. Most of his institutional clients include endowments, foundations and retirement plans (most notably in Bermuda), and he seeks to help these clients manage the overlap between institutional wealth and private wealth.
Greg started his financial services career in 1987 at Oppenheimer & Co. and joined UBS (PaineWebber) in 1997. He is an Institutional Consultant as part of the UBS Institutional Consulting Program, which provides knowledge for endowments, foundations and a broad range of institutional clients. Additionally, he holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute®. Greg graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in business finance and marketing.
Outside the office, Greg is very active in his community as a volunteer for the Peconic Land Trust; the Bridgehampton Village Improvement Society; the Madoo Conservancy; and God’s Love We Deliver, an organization that prepares and delivers meals to ill and elderly individuals. He also enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, sailing and cooking.

Amanda joined UBS in 2025 as a Director and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. She provides tailored investment solutions to clients, ensuring they achieve their financial goals. Her expertise spans asset allocation, portfolio construction and analysis, manager due diligence, and alternative investments commensurate with each client’s appropriate risk profile. Prior to UBS, Amanda spent ten years at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where she advised individuals, families, foundations, and retirement plans.
Amanda graduated Swarthmore College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Peace and Conflict Studies. She played Varsity golf and earned All-conference and All-academic accolades during her four years. She remains involved and has served in leadership positions supporting Swarthmore’s student-athletes and young alumni.
Amanda is a member of the New York Athletic Club and Upper Montclair Country Club. Within the golf community, she is a member of the Women’s Metropolitan Golf Association and the Garden State Women’s Golf Association. She is also a proponent of the arts and supports the Joyce Theater in Chelsea and the Mural Arts Program in Philadelphia.
Amanda lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with her family on Nantucket.

Nicholas joined the team in 2025 as a Registered Client Associate. He is an integral part of the team’s business of delivering high-touch service to their individual, retirement, and institutional clients. Nicholas manages daily account activities, including deposits and withdrawals, prepares periodic reports, maintains client documentation, and collaborates across teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
Before joining UBS, Nicholas spent his first year after college assisting a portfolio of private equity-owned companies with procedural accounting work, where he developed a strong foundation in financial operations.
Nicholas earned a B.S. in Finance from Adelphi University. During his final year, he managed the business school's endowment portfolio and delivered allocation strategies and semester performance reports to the board of directors. He maintains his SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
Originally from Long Island, Nicholas enjoys playing golf on the weekends and is a lifelong New York Islanders fan.
