P. Justin "P.J." Pearlstone

P.J. Pearlstone is a Senior Vice President – Wealth Management - Financial Advisor at UBS Financial Services Inc., with over 15 years of experience as an investment professional. Based in Baltimore, P.J. advises high-net-worth families, business owners, nonprofit organizations, endowments, and institutional clients. He is known for his strategic, client-first approach and deep understanding of the financial markets.

P.J.’s practice specializes in the design and management of customized investment portfolios, with the ability to incorporate a broad range of alternative investments including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and structured solutions. He partners with clients to help develop personalized wealth strategies tailored to their goals, risk tolerance, and long-term vision—leveraging the extensive global resources of UBS.

He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, along with insurance licenses for life, health, long-term care, and variable annuities.

A Baltimore native, P.J. graduated from The Park School and earned his degree in finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He lives in Baltimore with his wife, Karen, their two sons, Zach and Jordan and their dog, Bentley.

Deeply committed to his community, P.J. recently completed a two-year tenure as Campaign Chair for The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore. He is a recipient of The Harry Greenstein Young Leadership Award and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Associated and The Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore. He also sits on the investment committees for both The Associated and The Park School of Baltimore. His past leadership roles include President of The Pearlstone Center and board service at Sinai Hospital, the JCC of Greater Baltimore, and Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School.
