Bill has 40 years of experience advising private clients. He joined UBS in 2008 after spending 19 years at Goldman Sachs (1981–2000) and eight years at Lehman Brothers (2000–2008). A native of Seattle, he earned his B.A. from UCSB in 1979 and his M.B.A. from UCLA in 1981. Outside of UBS, Bill previously served as a Trustee, including the role of Chairman, of the John Thomas Dye School in Los Angeles. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the UCLA Chancellor’s Society Cabinet Council. Bill has been married to his wife Missy for 40 years and they are the proud parents of their three children Ryan, Matthew, and Katherine. They currently reside in Studio City.
Prior to joining UBS, Scott worked at Merrill Lynch in the Private Bank and Investment Group since 2000 and prior to that he spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs. Scott is one of the top private wealth advisors in the country and has a consistent track record of being one of the top advisors at his prior firm. His prior experience includes acting as vice president of marketing and a member of the management committee of a significant public manufacturing company. Scott earned a Master's Degree in International Business Management with Honors from the American Graduate School of International Management. He earned Cum Laude honors as a graduate of Utah State University. Scott was team captain of Utah State's men's Basketball Team where he played a significant role in the success of the program. Prior to attending Utah State University, Scott served as a voluntary missionary in El Salvador, Honduras and Belize from 1978 to 1980 for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Scott is a private pilot with over a decade of experience and over one thousand hours of flight time. He enjoys the freedom that comes with owning a plane and the flexibility to respond quickly to client needs. Scott has been married to Lisa Tueller for 39 years and they are the proud parents of four beautiful daughters Alexandria, Stephanie, Vanessa and Madeline. They currently live in Valencia, California.
Ryan has 21 years of experience advising affluent individuals, multi-generational family groups and foundations. He joined UBS in 2008, following eight years in the Private Investment Management division of Lehman Brothers (2000–2008).
A native of La Jolla, California, Ryan earned his B.S. from USC's Marshall School of Business in 2000 and his MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management in 2005 while working at Lehman Brothers. While at USC, Ryan was part of the NCAA National Champion water polo team. Outside of work, Ryan is a member of the Investment Committee for the Santa Monica Education Foundation and is a past member of the Los Angeles Board of Gen Next, a non-profit organization focused on advancing economic growth, education, and international security.
Dan Gray has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry applying his knowledge in wealth creation events, concentrated and restricted position management, cross-asset lending, and wealth planning.
Prior to joining UBS, Dan was a Managing Director and Private Banker at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management, where he was responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with ultra-affluent individuals and families. Dan was at Deutsche Bank for over 15 years, working on one of the largest private wealth teams on the West Coast. Dan and his team worked closely with the investment bank and outside business network to deliver bespoke investment opportunities and financing solutions to Wealth Management clients.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Dan worked for the Private Bank at Bank of America, where he acted as a Private Client Manager to ultra-affluent families in the Los Angeles area. In addition, Dan sits on the board of Gen Next, an organization that connects, informs, and engages executives and entrepreneurs to empower individuals and causes to provide long-term solutions for future generations.
Dan has a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Kirk works to be a true partner and problem-solver for his clients. His financial services career began in 1992 and has spanned a number of different roles. This long and varied tenure gives him perspective, insights and connections that add deep value to his clients and his wealth management practice. Kirk’s natural strengths start with listening, then helping his clients solve complex financial issues by providing a highly customized approach to financial planning. He has developed a specialty niche in structuring complex lending solutions.
Kirk has 32 years of experience advising wealthy families, public company executives and private business owners. He joined UBS in 2008 after six years in the Private Investment Management division of Lehman Brothers, where he led a Corporate Treasury Services team. From 2000 to 2002, Kirk worked at Morgan Stanley in its Private Wealth Management division. Previous roles include two years at Bear Stearns in the Middle Markets Institutional Group advising banks, insurance companies and asset managers on fixed income investments and five years as an investment advisor at PaineWebber. With a commitment to lifelong learning and education, Kirk earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2013 and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 1999. He graduated with a B.S.E. in biomedical engineering and a B.A. in English from Arizona State University.
Kirk played on ASU’s 1987 Rose Bowl Championship football team. He was named to the Academic All PAC-10 team as a running back and was a standout on special teams. Kirk and his wife, Megan, have five college-age and young-adult children and four Australian Shepherds. They live in Pacific Palisades, California.

Ryan graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2008, where his participation in USC’s entrepreneurship program inspired him to start an eco-friendly surf apparel company out of his dorm room, which allows him to better understand the needs and perspective of his business-owner clients today.
A native of Orange County, Ryan is married with two children. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, surfing and spending time in the mountains.
Tony works with tech entrepreneurs and business owners, entertainment clientele, and next-generation inheritors to guide them through wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer. His prior investment banking experience affords him the opportunity to provide informed recommendations about lending strategies that support the entrepreneurial process from startup to sale and beyond. Tony provides expertise and in-house resources for clients’ wealth management needs after a liquidity event, including family office solutions, estate planning strategies, philanthropic planning, tax optimization strategies and sustainability/impact investing.
Tony joined UBS in 2011 after working as an investment banking and asset management analyst for Provident Group in New York. He holds a B.A. in business management economics with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Tony was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA and currently lives in Pacific Palisades with his wife and two children. Outside of business hours, he is active within the westside soccer community and enjoys running, exercising, surfing, and spending time with family at the beach.

Dane works primarily with business owners, entrepreneurs, venture-backed founders, next-generation inheritors and entertainment clientele. He is particularly focused on advising business founders and owners at every stage of the business life cycle, from pre-liquidity lending through selling the enterprise or taking it public, as well as what comes after these pivotal events. Nancy has 17 years of experience as a client services and investment associate. Before joining UBS in 2008, Nancy held similar roles at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. She earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Southern California, and her M.B.A. from UCLA.
Cheryl has 24 years of financial services industry experience. Prior to joining UBS in 2008, Cheryl worked at Lehman Brothers and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Cheryl earned a B.A. from California State University at Long Beach. She is a native of Whittier, CA.
Leeder joined UBS in 2015 and brings over 13 years of experience in the wealth management industry managing portfolios and implementing investment plans for UHNW and institutional clients. Prior to joining UBS, Leeder was an Investment Specialist at Lincoln National Corporation. Leeder graduated from the University of California, Irvine and holds a B.A. in Business Economics and Minor in Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Los Angeles.
Sarin has been in the wealth management industry for 7 years and is a CFA Charterholder. Joining UBS in 2019, he spent a couple of years on the management team prior to joining PFWP as a Senior Wealth Strategist. A native of San Francisco – where he started his career as a financial consultant and held other leadership roles – Sarin has experience with assisting entrepreneurs, business owners, and other HNW clients in their financial planning process.
True to his California roots, Sarin went to UC Santa Barbara where he studied Economics and Accounting with a minor in Statistical Science. In his free time you can catch Sarin exploring new restaurants, being outdoors (especially playing beach volleyball and golf), or travelling.
Kaysha has 18 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients in the Los Angeles area. Prior to joining UBS she was an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse where she spent seven years supporting wealthy individuals, family offices, and entrepreneurs. Kaysha has also worked at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers and is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle.
Andy began his career at UBS in 2020 as an intern in the Graduate Talent Program. He later joined the LA Private Wealth office in 2022 as a Wealth Planning Associate. Andy has experience partnering with Financial Advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning services to UBS clients and prospects. He recently joined Private Family Wealth Partners as a Wealth Management Analyst.
Andy earned his B.S. in International Politics and Foreign Policy at Georgetown University. In his free time, you can catch Andy playing soccer, watching the Lakers, and/or mentoring the youth in his South LA community.
