Since 1987 I have been providing investment services to homeowner association clients. I have deliberately familiarized myself with the financial objectives and concerns of such associations, their directors, and managers. I am a member of Community Associations Institute and past president of its California North chapter.
The financial asset size of client association relationships ranges from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000+. I personally represent 180+ associations and their 75,000+ homes; and $180,000,000+ of their UBS-held assets. A basic strategy is employed in each instance with customization for the particular goals of each association. Client references are available.
I am in my thirty-fifth year as a financial advisor after receiving a degree in Economics from University of California, Davis. I have been with the same firm since moving to Sacramento in 1989, though it has changed names from Kidder Peabody, to PaineWebber, to UBS.
