Patrick F. Duff has over 33 years of the financial services industry experience. In October 2015, Patrick joined UBS Financial Services Inc.  Patrick was part of Smith Barney's Institutional Fixed Income Group and has held the prestigious designation of Directors Council member.  Prior to Smith Barney, Pat was a founding member of Shearson Lehman's Regional Institutional Sales Group.  Pat was a member of the President's Council at RBC Wealth Management.

Patrick was ranked twenty-second in Connecticut Magazine's January 2006 issue of "The Top 25 Financial Advisors in the State." This survey was conducted by RJ Shook of the Winners Circle series of books which analyzes the practices of the country's top financial advisors.

Patrick served 5 years (1976 – 1980) with the United States Navy in Far East Asia. He then earned a BS in Finance/Economics in 1983 at SCSU graduating cum laude.  While at SCSU, he was President of the Veterans Association and belonged to the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economic Honor Society.  He served on the SCSU Foundation from February 1994 through October 2002 as the first alum on the board.  Patrick was the first recipient of the "Outstanding Alumni Award, School of Business" in 1998.  As interns, he has hired over 20 SCSU students through the years.

Patrick has served as a board member of the Clifford Beers Guidance Clinic which services adolescents in crisis situations. Other charities he is involved with are St. Raphael's Father McGivney Cancer Center and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Patrick resides in Clinton, CT with his wife, Cyndie, to whom he has been married 39 years. He is the proud father to his son, Tim, CEO of Lighticians Creative Lighting, and his daughter, Torie, who handles marketing and development for Middlesex College, and a very proud grandpa to Torie's son, Keegan.
