Experience

Ken joined Gradison & Co. in April of 1985 after receiving his degree in Finance from the University of Arizona.  He became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 1991, and attained his M.S. in Personal Financial Planning in 2011.  After several mergers with McDonald and Co. and Key Bank, Ken landed at UBS.  Ken is Series 7 , 63, and 65 registered and holds Life, Health, and Variable life insurance authorities.  Ken has enjoyed a successful career encompassing both financial planning and investment advice.  Ken’s role on the team is that of Sr. Advisor, helping to manage all phases of our client’s experience.

As an active member of the community, Ken has served on the boards for the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, the Jewish Community Center of Cincinnati, and Footlighters Community Theater.  Along with being a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati, he is an active member of the Artswave Board of Directors.  Ken and his wife, Carrie, have raised three beautiful children and are currently doting over their 4 grandchildren; they currently live in Montgomery, OH.

Ryan offers 10 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry and focuses on retirement, estate, and tax planning for retirees, pre-retirees, business owners, and executives.  Ryan has found that he could have a significant impact on his clients’ lives by helping them make well-informed decisions and connecting them to the expertise they need.  He is energized by presenting his clients with a broad range of custom solutions and “outside the box” critical thinking. 

As a resident of Chicago for 10 years prior to moving to Cincinnati, Ryan discovered his passion for giving back to his community.  He became the youngest board member at the Jewish Council for Youth Services.  Upon moving to Cincinnati he quickly found ways to have an impact on the local community.  Ryan has served on the board at Rockwern Academy and the Adath Israel Congregation.  He has also taken active roles in the Cincinnati Beyond 2020 Initiative, the Jewish Professional Advisors Network, and the Jewish Federation Planning and Allocations committee.  Ryan and his wife, Sari, live in Sycamore Township with their three children, Sloane, Lennox, and Barrett.   

Alyson joined UBS Financial Services in 2020.  Prior to joining the team, she spent 5 ½ years with Goldman Sachs in Chicago.  She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.B.A. in Management and Marketing, and has over fourteen years of industry experience.

As a Senior Registered Client Associate, Alyson handles all administrative and operational needs for our clients.

In her free time, Alyson enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

Aaron joined UBS in 2021. Prior to joining the team, he spent 5.5 successful years with C.H. Robinson in Chicago. On This team Aaron's responsibilities include: all scheduling, marketing, company research, meeting prep work, and team organization. He also holds the Series 7, Series 66 licenses, along with his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

Aaron was born and raised here in Cincinnati, graduating from Sycamore High School in 2011. He then went west to the University of Arizona where he earned a degree in Sports Management and Sociology, and a certificate in Sales. Since moving back to Cincinnati in November of 2021 with his wife Olivia, Aaron enjoys playing softball, Golfing and writing about movies on his personal website.

Kyle joined UBS in 2024 after spending 13 years with JP Morgan Asset Management as an Executive Director in Cincinnati and Indianapolis. His primary role was trading high yield corporate debt for both institutional and retail clients. Prior to JP Morgan, Kyle spent 2 years at Johnson Investment Counsel, beginning his career as a portfolio manager assistant and then as a fixed income trader. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a B.B.A. in Finance and has over 15 years of industry experience. He also holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Kyle and his wife, Katie, live on the West side of Cincinnati with their 3 children, Nora (9), Finn (8) and Lucas (5). His interests include reading historical non-fiction, learning about landscape architecture and trying to find more time to fly-fish.
