Patrick has offered his clients the benefit of his expertise and dedication for over 25 years now. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), he holds a degree in Economics and is a passionate supporter of the Gauchos basketball team. Combining his academic background with years of hands-on experience, Patrick specializes in constructing custom portfolios tailored to his clients' individual financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment timelines.
As a devoted family man with three sons, Patrick's passion for helping families achieve a secure financial future is evident in the long-lasting relationships he has built with his clients. He takes pride in guiding them through life's financial milestones with a personalized touch.
Outside the office, Patrick is an accomplished adventure racer, participating in hiking, cycling, and swimming events. A former Iron Man competitor, he believes the discipline and perseverance required for that level of training translate seamlessly to his work. Both pursuits demand clear goals, strategic planning, and adaptability to overcome challenges.
Patrick is committed to giving back to his community and serves on the board of Bishop Diego High School, where he is able to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. He also mentors recent college graduates looking to start careers in finance, sharing his knowledge and experience to help them navigate the complexities of the industry.

Noelle is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with over a decade of experience in the world of finance (all of it spent working with Patrick Flood!). After graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration, Noelle went on to obtain her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Investment Manager Analyst®, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® certifications, ensuring her clients receive the highest level of service when it comes to their financial planning.
With a natural inclination for teaching and helping others achieve their objectives, Noelle discovered her passion while tutoring NCAA student-athletes during her time at USC. This enthusiasm for guiding others towards their goals seamlessly transitioned into her career as a financial planner, where she is committed to empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed financial decisions.
Outside of the office, Noelle is an animal lover and advocate. She has volunteered at the Santa Barbara Zoo and the Santa Barbara Humane Society, and currently serves on the board for Orange Country Bird of Prey Center. Her passion for helping others inspired her to receive her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation so that she can also help clients fulfill their charitable goals.
In her leisure time, she loves baking, writing, and spending time with her rescue pups, Newton and Zara.

Prior to joining Overtime Wealth Management, Gage was a four-year student athlete for the Men’s Basketball team at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated in 2024. During his time at UCSB, he interned at UBS, which sparked his interest in wealth management and the financial services industry. As a Registered Client Associate, Gage holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and delivers high quality service to clients.
In his free time, Gage enjoys the beach, listening to music, and playing any sports-related activity.
