Omar and his team provide appropriate solutions for ultra-high net worth families. With a sharp focus on developing and managing relationships for both domestic and international clients, his experience lies in investment management, wealth planning, and lending, making them a resource in helping to achieve financial goals.

Prior to Joining UBS, Omar held the position of Senior Vice President at Merrill Private Wealth Management. Previously, he was an Executive Director and Senior Private Banker at J.P. Morgan Chase, where he coordinated and integrated a team of specialists aiming to deliver customized solutions and strategic planning for Ultra High Net Worth Families in Central America and The Caribbean.

With a career spanning over 20 years in Private Banking and Corporate Finance within multinational institutions, Omar's wealth of experience serves as a solid foundation for his advisory skills.

Omar holds a B.S in Business Administration from Universidad del Rosario and an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Beyond his professional achievements, Omar finds fulfillment in his personal life with his wife and two daughters, residing in the city of Miami, Florida.

Javier joined UBS International as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate in September 2024.

Before joining UBS, Javier's extensive experience was showcased during his more than 10-year tenure as a Private Wealth Management Client Associate for Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management (A Bank of America company) and prior to that as an Investment Counselor at Citi's Wealth Management division in Mexico City.  Javier excells in supporting clients in their investment journeys, focusing on aligning their investment portfolios with their unique financial goals. Javier's approach to investment advice was notable for its tailored nature, helping to ensure that each client's needs and aspirations were carefully considered.

One of Javier's strengths lies in his financial market and products knowledge. In his current role, he is responsible for implementing the investment and operational infrastructure of the advisory firm and its various lines of business, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in the financial industry.

Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration from Anahuac University. Javier's career is a testament to his dedication to helping clients achieve their financial objectives, backed by a solid foundation of education and experience in the financial sector.
