Paul entered the financial services industry in 1990 with Shearson Lehman Hutton which later became Smith Barney. With the help of loyal clients, he built his business for many years, transitioned to Merrill Lynch for 3 years and was recruited to UBS Financial Services in 2009. Asset allocation and investment portfolio management are Paul's primary focuses for his individual, business owner and retirement plan client(s).
As a young man, he attended the University of North Dakota and North Dakota State University prior to enlisting in the U.S. Army. Paul served as an infantryman in the Vietnam War and following his honorable discharge, completed a pre-mortuary curriculum at the University of North Dakota and then, graduated from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science. He owned and operated 4 funeral homes in Benson County, ND prior to becoming a financial advisor.
Paul is a North Dakota native and enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife (Brook), four children (Manda, Sara, Karla & Hale) and three grandchildren (Bella, Will & Henry). He also enjoys an occasional round of golf and periodic travels to Wyoming. Paul has been active volunteer of the Cullen Children's Foundation, Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN for the past 14 years.

Matt is a Vice President - Wealth Management within UBS Financial Services Inc. Matt and his team provide comprehensive, consultative investment planning and wealth management services to affluent families and institutions. Prior to joining UBS in 2009, Matt was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch where he served his clients since 1998. Before that, Matt worked as a buyer at BF Goodrich Aircraft Sensors Division in Burnsville, MN.
Born and raised in Fargo, Matt attended North Dakota State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his time at NDSU, Matt was a member of the NDSU Football Team assisting in the 1991, 1992, 1994 North Central Conference Championships.
In addition to Series 7, and 66 licenses, Matt has been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies™. The AIF designation is an accreditation on investment fiduciary standard of care ranging from industry recognized processes for developing a personalized investment strategy, applying objective and comprehensive standards for investment due diligence, and ongoing investment review with necessary changes specific to his clients needs.
Matt lives in Fargo. He enjoys visiting his daughter at the University of Minnesota, attending Bison Football games, a good round of golf, and spending time with family at their lake home in Minnesota.

Mark enters the financial service industry with UBS after a 14 year professional hockey career. He played for three different NHL teams (Chicago Blackhawks, Philadelphia Flyers, and Florida Panthers) before moving overseas. While playing abroad, Mark and his family lived in Russia, Austria, Italy, and Germany.
A graduate of Colorado College, Colorado Springs, CO, Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. As a member of the hockey team, he was an NCAA two-time all-American. Also, he was on the Academic All-Conference team, and named Western Collegiate Hockey Association Student Athlete of the Year in 2002.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jayme, and their three children Max, William, and Ryane. Mark is active in the community coaching hockey and baseball, and is actively involved with the Cullen Children's Foundation in his home community of Fargo, ND -Moorhead, MN. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
Mark holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
