Brian has always loved meeting people. Today, that’s his favorite aspect of his job—and getting to hear their stories. “I’m fascinated with how people have built their wealth and their diverse views,” says Brian, who always asks good questions and really listens “so I can deliver individualized advice to help them reach their personal goals.”
As part of Northern Tier Wealth Management at UBS, Brian draws upon his expertise to help clients manage their financial lives—from college savings, retirement planning and portfolio management to wealth transfer and generational legacy planning. “The client is at the center of everything we do,” he says. “We put our clients’ interests first and operate with a fiduciary mindset. Jodi is proud to be part of a team she describes as “like-minded individuals who all have the same work ethic, dedication, transparency and client focus.” She explains, “Our vision is to provide dynamic service and steer clients along the path that exceeds their expectations.”
She and her colleagues at Northern Tier Wealth Management formed their new group in 2022 after a long history of collaborating as team leads. “Each of us has worked on extremely complex and dynamic client situations and delivered comprehensive and thorough advice.”
Jodi prides herself on advising clients around asset location, retirement and legacy planning. She has extensive experience that includes portfolio management, customized tax advice and working with venture capital firms and their limited partners.
During the course of her career, she worked on several different trading desks that catered to high net worth individuals, gaining knowledge specifically on restricted stock as well as municipal bonds that helps her create customized plans.

Achieving aspirational goals
In college, Bill was certain he wanted to be an accountant. However, after spending time in business school, he realized finance would be a better fit and changed his concentration.
He landed at Ernst & Young, where he helped build the firm’s Philadelphia Personal Financial Counseling practice and would gain a strong tax and accounting foundation. After 12 years there, he spent the next 16 years at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, providing integrated financial solutions for executives, business owners and high net worth individuals and eventually overseeing a team of 17 private bankers while working with clients.
Today, Bill is proud to be part of the Northern Tier Wealth Management team at UBS, helping clients and their families attain their financial and aspirational goals through customized, unbiased advice. “We provide wealth planning, investing, banking, lending, income tax, estate, tax and charitable planning strategies with the feel of a boutique firm supported by the capabilities of a global firm". He is also a lead advisor working with business owners looking for business succession/exit planning strategies.

Matthew brings more than 22 years of experience in client service and onboarding in the investments field. As Team Administrator at Northern Tier Wealth Management at UBS, he uses his deep experience in handling its day-to-day operations, providing the most efficient solutions and ensuring clients always enjoy seamless experiences.

When Matthew lived in the UK, he worked for a bank and spent enough time with the branch advisor to gain deep insight into the industry.
