Andy anchors NewBridge Wealth Management in its mission to provide families, C-level executives, and high-net-worth individuals with long-term financial peace of mind. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Andy is uniquely qualified to lead NewBridge’s elite team and to provide counsel and advice to achieve clients' financial goals.
Andy's focus with clients is on helping them find answers and solutions to their financial and estate issues by partnering with tax advisors, estate attorneys, portfolio managers, and others to develop comprehensive results for their portfolios. Before founding NewBridge, Andy was a Senior Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch, where he developed customized financial and investment strategies for his clients.
Andy started his accomplished career on the institutional side of the financial industry. As a Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales with Vector Securities International, a Chicago-based investment bank, he advised portfolio managers and research analysts at the top money management institutions. He was later recruited to join Itros Capital Management, a long-short equity hedge fund. As a research analyst and head of Investor Relations, his responsibilities included fundamental research, stock selection, and risk management strategies for the portfolio.
A lifelong learner, Andy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed finance-based programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition, he received accreditation as a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), and a Retirement Management Advisor. He is also an active member of the Investments and Wealth Institute®, the leading continuing education institution for the financial industry. He remains a lover of all things Wisconsin, but he and his wife, Meg, live in Denver, where they enjoy exploring everything the Front Range has to offer.
Matt specializes in helping high net worth families with advanced planning. His focus is on preservation of capital, enhancing and protecting client wealth, tax mitigation planning with their CPA and tax attorney, wealth transfer, and charitable giving. This is done through partnering with our families and creating long-term, personalized financial plans.
Matt is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), has his Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), and Wealth Advisor designations, and has spent the last 17 years serving high net worth families and their trusted advisors. Prior to the founding of NewBridge Wealth Management at UBS, Matt worked with Andy and Roe at Merrill Lynch advising high net worth families in a similar capacity.
Consistent with his passion for learning, Matt earned a BA degree from the University of Portland and has since completed additional programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and American College. He is also an active member of IMCA®, the leading continuing education institution for the financial industry.
In his free time, Matt enjoys golf, mountain sports, fly fishing, and fundraising for a few local charities. Matt and his wife, Devin, have four children - Sophia, Allison, Benjamin, and Charlie - and make their home in Castle Rock.

He is also the team expert regarding stock options, Sustainable Investment strategies available to our clients, and is an integral part of the team's investment due diligence and financial planning processes.
Hailing from New York, Matt spent 26 years on the east coast. He graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in 2007 and worked at AllianceBernstein Wealth Management in Manhattan for 4 years where he was actively involved in portfolio trading and sales support. His love for skiing and the outdoors brought him to Colorado and he began working for UBS in Boulder in 2011. While working, Matt completed the Leeds MBA program from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a focus in Sustainability in 2014 and joined NewBridge Wealth Management shortly thereafter. He has his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Chartered Socially Responsible Investment Counselor® (CSRIC®) designations, and holds his Series 7, 66, and Colorado Health & Life insurance licenses.
Aside from working at UBS, Matt is the president of the Net Impact Chapter of Denver Professionals and is very active within the Sustainability community. He and his wife, Jen, love camping in Colorado and enjoying new experiences – from zip-lining in the canyons of the Dominican to hiking on glaciers in Iceland to swimming with sharks in Belize. They are having a blast raising their two daughters, Ada and Everlee, and are excited for what the future brings.

John is the newest member to the NewBridge team and has extensive institutional equity and fixed income experience. He has been at UBS since 2006 in the Investment Bank covering institutional equity clients as a Research Salesperson. In this role, he engaged directly with Portfolio Managers and Equity Analysts to provide research advice around investment and trading decisions including interaction with UBS bankers, research analysts and marketing initial public offerings. He has broad experience with financial statement analysis and reviewing company earnings, valuation and projections as well as economic trends and strategy. His clients included large Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Registered Investment Advisors and large Family Offices. Prior to UBS, John covered similar clients at Merrill Lynch and managed the institutional team of Equities and Fixed Income salespeople. Before moving to Denver from New York City in 1999, he worked in Debt Capital Markets at JPMorgan in the Investment Grade Debt Origination team. John stated his career as a Corporate Legal Assistant at Davis Polk & Wardwell and prior to JPMorgan was a Credit Analyst at Bank of America and participated in the Corporate Credit Training Program.
John brings the team incremental equity and debt capital markets expertise and will support NewBridge’s investment process and also bring depth to the team’s expertise in the Alternatives market. In addition to building a Wealth Management business, John will continue to cover small institutional clients and family offices and continue to deeply engage with the Investment Bank research and banking teams.
John has a BA in History & English from Hobart College in Geneva New York. He is a proud New Yorker but very thankful for his transition to Denver 25 years ago. In his free time, John enjoys time with his wife and two college age sons. He is very active and enjoys all the outdoor activities that Colorado offers.
Amy serves as the Chief of Staff for NewBridge Wealth Management where she is focused on ensuring the practice provides exceptional customer service in every aspect of its work. In this role, Amy works in concert with team leadership to identify targeted projects and programs that optimize the client experience and drive efficiencies in all areas of the practice. With more than two decades of experience leading the operations of a range of businesses, Amy leverages her depth of knowledge in accounting, finance, and managing people to help elevate the team.
With a master’s degree in accounting, Amy has worked in and around finance her entire career, including her most recent role as the CFO of a national nonprofit. Before her most recent role, she also served as the Director of Finance and Operations for a real estate investment firm based in Chicago. Amy started her career as a staff accountant and then operational risk management associate with leading accounting and financial institutions. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Amy lives in Chicago with her husband, Tom, and her daughters, Chloe and Mica. All four are recently enjoying training the newest addition to their family, a mini-bernedoodle named Lola.
As the Director of Client Experience at NewBridge Wealth Management, Roe is an essential part of the team who leverages her knowledge and background to make the client experience as enjoyable as possible. She goes above and beyond to provide world-class service to our clients and ensure that all of their financial needs are met.
Roe has over 20 years of financial services experience. She entered the industry with Merrill Lynch and transitioned to UBS as part of NewBridge Wealth Management in 2011. During her tenure at Merrill Lynch, Roe helped implement the Priority One Department for client households of $10MM+. This department enabled Merrill Lynch to provide dedicated client relationship managers to high net worth individuals and was influential in providing Roe with the knowledge and tools needed to give her clients the ultimate "client experience" through exceptional service and attention to detail. In addition to spearheading the establishment of this department, she, because of her expertise as a relationship manager, was also tasked with training new hires.
A graduate of Suffolk County Community College, Roe holds her Series 7 license and is currently pursuing her Series 66 license.
Roe was born and raised in New York City. She moved to Colorado in 1988 and currently resides in Parker with her daughter, Jackie, who recently graduated from Nursing School. Outside the office, Roe enjoys learning to golf, ballroom dance, and spend time with friends and loved ones.
Jessica is a self-motivated, happiness cultivator from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She is at the onset of her career in the financial services industry with her newly appointed role as Director of Marketing within NewBridge Wealth Management in Cherry Creek, CO. Jessica has assisted on several successful marketing campaigns, winning over top clients with large portfolios. She brings a unique dynamic as the type of person that is dipped in southern charm and has never met a stranger. Jessica is currently working towards obtaining her Series 7 and 66 licenses. As a graduate of Kinesiology from Mississippi State University, Jessica exercises her attention to detail and competitive nature out of the office as a competing triathlete and avid swimmer.
Jessica consistently brings her can-do attitude and affable personality, no matter the task or mission.
