Wendy Nobles is a native of Beaumont, TX and has over 25 years of experience in financial services. She started her career in public accounting after graduating from Lamar University with a BBA in Accounting. Wendy has cultivated a specialization in retirement and business planning. She works closely with individuals and companies to manage both their investments and liabilities. When Wendy is not in the office you will find her at home with her husband Ronnie, or on the tennis courts.

Gretchen Hargroder was born in Beaumont to a refinery worker and a school teacher. As such, hard work and a love for education were the foundations of her youth. Gretchen's career in the financial services industry, spanning just shy of thirty years, has been built on that exact foundation. A proud Lamar University alumni, Gretchen maintains a love for reading and learning which has served her well over the decades as she has helped many Southeast Texas families navigate their planning for retirement, generational wealth transfer, and business succession. Gretchen spends her personal time on her little slice of Heaven in Orange, Texas.

Ross comes from a family that found success in the restaurant business, and this commitment to "servant leadership" has been carried over into his career as a financial advisor. Ross is a Ceritfied Exit Planning Advisor. The Certified Exit Planning Advisor program was specifically designed for business advisors who work closely with owners of privately held companies. The organizing principle of the program is Master Planning, the alignment of the three legs of the stool (business, personal, financial), which is executed through the implementation of a process called the Value Acceleration Methodology™.
Ross is a Charterered Retirement Plans Specialist, a designation awarded by the College For Financial Planning. This allows him to offer sophisticated advice to business owners on their retirement plans and executive compensation. He works with both business owners and retirees to design and implemenet strategies that make their transition to a comfortable retirement possible. Ross is a big advocate for financial planning, and believes a solid plan should be used to inform all of life's biggest decisions.
Ross holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University and a M.B.A. with a concentration in finance, from Lamar University. Ross is from Beaumont, and lives their with his wife, Larae, and their two children.

Heather Cravy has been in the financial services industry for 17 years. She began her career at Merrill Lynch in 2006 as a Client Service Associate and made the transition to UBS in 2014 with Wendy as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate. Heather was promoted to Wealth Strategy Associate in 2020 and to Financial Advisor in 2023. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Lamar University in 2017 and holds her Accredited Asset Management Specialist Designation. Heather is dedicated to helping each client pursue what is most important to their family, career, business, and legacy. Heather lives in Lumberton with her husband, Dean, and daughters Jolie and Eleanor. When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her daughters and husband, cooking, and working in her flower garden.

Caitlin Lafluer is a Client Service Associate. She joined UBS in January, 2020. She works with clients doing banking services and account activities whilst taking directions from Wendy Nobles, Gretchen Hargroder, Heather Cravy, and Ross Jones. Caitlin plans on pursuing a career in finance and has taken classes at Lamar University. She also plans on pursuing professional licensing through UBS.
