Ryan began his career in wealth management in 1997. Prior to finding his passion in finance, he learned the meaning of discipline and teamwork as a celebrated professional athlete. He is a 26-time NCAA All-American swimmer who won an Olympic gold medal anchoring the 1996 4 x 200y Freestyle relay in Atlanta.

Ryan successfully lead wealth management teams at Credit Suisse, U.S. Trust, J.P. Morgan and Quest Capital Management before joining UBS in 2015. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in history and a B.B.S. in finance.

Outside of work Ryan is actively involved with leading the local chapter of Swim Across America, raising money for cancer research. He also serves on the Board of the Southwest Chapter of U.S. Olympians and manages to find a little time to coach young children in the pool. Ryan lives in Dallas with his wife, Michele, and their two sons, Jack and Rush.

Allen joined UBS in 2015 from Credit Suisse, where he spent seven years as a financial advisor. Prior to working in financial services, Allen had a successful career in politics. He served in several appointed positions in the Bush administration, most notably as a Presidential Spokesperson at the White House. During his time in D.C., he also served as a government and public affairs consultant, guiding Fortune 500 companies through complex regulatory and legislative environments.

Allen earned his M.B.A. and B.B.A from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and remains active in their Alumni Association.

In his free time, Allen enjoys running, golf and spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their three sons, Jack, Wright and Ellis.
