Mike Mildrum is a Financial Advisor with a passion for helping high-net-worth individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions through comprehensive financial planning and customized portfolio management. He specializes in helping clients who have accumulated significant wealth through concentrated equity positions, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Incentive Stock Options (ISOs), and Non-Qualified Stock Options (NSOs), develop strategies to diversify their holdings and build long-term retirement security.

Before entering the wealth management industry, Mike taught mathematics and economics, bringing a strong analytical foundation and educational approach to his work with clients. He is dedicated to simplifying complex financial concepts and creating personalized strategies designed to help clients achieve their unique goals.

Mike holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and has earned the Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor? (APMA®) designation. He lives in Trumbull, Connecticut, with his wife and two children. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing tennis year-round and spending time with his family.

Sean holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 registrations and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College. He resides in Rowayton, Connecticut, with his son. Outside of work, Sean enjoys biking, skiing, and playing chess.
