Andy anchors NewBridge Wealth Management in its mission to provide families, C-level executives, and high net worth individuals long-term financial peace of mind. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Andy is uniquely qualified to lead NewBridge’s elite team and to provide counsel and advice aimed at helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Prior to founding NewBridge, Andy was a Senior Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch, where he developed customized financial and investment strategies for his clients. Since then he has excelled in partnering with his clients’ legal and accounting advisors to provide comprehensive solutions to their complex wealth management, tax, and estate planning needs.
Andy started his accomplished career on the institutional side of the financial industry. As a Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales with Vector Securities International, a Chicago-based investment bank, he advised portfolio managers and research analysts at the top money management institutions. He was later recruited to join Itros Capital Management, a long-short equity hedge fund. As a research analyst he was responsible for providing fundamental research, stock selection, and risk management strategies for the portfolio. While at Itros, he also served as head of Investor Relations.
A lifelong learner, Andy earned a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In addition, he has received accreditation as a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), his Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, as well as his Retirement Management Advisor® (RMA®) designation. He is also an active member of IMCA®, the leading continuing education institution for the financial industry. He remains a lover of all things Wisconsin, but he and his wife, Meg, live in Denver, where they enjoy exploring everything the Front Range has to offer.

Client Associate
As the Director of Client Experience at NewBridge Wealth Management, Roe is an essential part of the team who leverages her knowledge and background to make the client experience as enjoyable as possible. She goes above and beyond to provide world-class service to our clients and ensure that all of their financial needs are met.
Roe has over 20 years of financial services experience. She entered the industry with Merrill Lynch and transitioned to UBS as part of NewBridge Wealth Management in 2011. During her tenure at Merrill Lynch, Roe helped implement the Priority One Department for client households of $10MM+. This department enabled Merrill Lynch to provide dedicated client relationship managers to high net worth individuals and was influential in providing Roe with the knowledge and tools needed to give her clients the ultimate "client experience" through exceptional service and attention to detail. In addition to spearheading the establishment of this department, she, because of her expertise as a relationship manager, was also tasked with training new hires.
A graduate of Suffolk County Community College, Roe holds her Series 7 license and is currently pursuing her Series 66 license.
Roe was born and raised in New York City. She moved to Colorado in 1988 and currently resides in Parker with her daughter, Jackie, who recently graduated from Nursing School. Outside the office, Roe enjoys learning to golf, ballroom dance, and spend time with friends and loved ones.
