Matt’s first few years in the wealth management industry reinforced certain principles that he learned from a young age such as having a long-term focus, being disciplined, and living consistently in a way which balances needs and wishes. He enjoys taking a highly personalized approach, tailoring strategies to the unique needs of each client. By fostering close relationships and gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ values, missions, and long-term goals, his team ensures that every strategy is not just a set of numbers but a roadmap reflecting the client’s vision, objectives, and values.
Matt grew up on Cape Cod where he currently lives with his wife Lindsey and their dog, Malfy. Both Lindsey and he enjoy traveling, have a passion for Italian cooking, and are active in philanthropy and various initiatives which strive to make a positive impact in their community.

Erik Holton began his career in financial services in 1995. He has earned the UBS designation of Wealth Advisor. As a Wealth Advisor he works exclusively with affluent clients, designing customized strategies and offerings that address their complex needs and long-term vision. Erik purposely limits his service to a select group of clients who can most benefit from UBS' global resources and combining the proven access of a leading financial institution with the intimate and customized approach of a boutique
Erik has significant experience in working with entrepreneurs, business owners, C-suite executives and affluent families about a range of issues. Typically, these clients have come to a crossroad in their wealth. Clients' needs range from pre-and-post IPO strategies, concentrated and restricted stock management, mergers, private sales and wealth transfer strategies. They anticipate a liquidity event, are dealing with new-found wealth, or simply realize that they do not have the time or knowledge to handle the intricacies of affluence.
Erik splits his time between the Boston and New Haven Office. He resides in North Haven, CT with his wife Megan and three daughters. His family has a passion for dogs. Erik enjoys helping his wife who owns a successful dog daycare and boarding facility. He also enjoys skiing, golf and travel with his family.
