Matt has had a decade-long career in wealth management advising startup founders, executives, and VCs. At UBS he works closely with founders, providing comprehensive financial planning, guidance on managing founder shares, planning for and navigating exits and strategically managing assets post-liquidity. His approach centers on creating personalized strategies that align with each client's vision, values, and goals. Beyond his role at UBS Matt actively mentors early-stage founders, offering assistance from the inception of their idea towards successful funding. His firsthand experience as an angel-investor and LP further enriches his perspective, providing invaluable insights for clients navigating the complexities of venture funding.
Raised on Cape Cod, where he now lives with his wife Lindsey, and their Dog Malfy. Matt remains committed to giving back to his community. He and Lindsey both enjoy a good book, are passionate about cooking, travel and engaging philanthropic initiatives that drive positive change in the region.

Erik Holton began his career in financial services in 1995. He has earned the UBS designation of Wealth Advisor. As a Wealth Advisor he works exclusively with affluent clients, designing customized strategies and offerings that address their complex needs and long-term vision. Erik purposely limits his service to a select group of clients who can most benefit from UBS' global resources and combining the proven access of a leading financial institution with the intimate and customized approach of a boutique
Erik has significant experience in working with entrepreneurs, business owners, C-suite executives and affluent families about a range of issues. Typically, these clients have come to a crossroad in their wealth. Clients' needs range from pre-and-post IPO strategies, concentrated and restricted stock management, mergers, private sales and wealth transfer strategies. They anticipate a liquidity event, are dealing with new-found wealth, or simply realize that they do not have the time or knowledge to handle the intricacies of affluence.
Erik splits his time between the Boston and New Haven Office. He resides in North Haven, CT with his wife Megan and three daughters. His family has a passion for dogs. Erik enjoys helping his wife who owns a successful dog daycare and boarding facility. He also enjoys skiing, golf and travel with his family.
