Eric began his career at UBS in 2002 after graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Finance. He earned the prestigious nomination into the UBS Wealth Advisor program and is qualified to help provide highly personalized wealth management services to clients. He holds Series 7, Series 66 and Minnesota Life, Health, Accident, Variable Life Insurance and Variable Annuities Licenses.
Eric grew up in Minnesota, and he currently lives in Edina with his wife, Mali, and their 4 children; twin sons Becker and Miller (born 2009), and daughters McLaine (Lainey) (2012) and Emmery (2015). Eric's family is very active, spending most Winter weekends at local hockey rinks around the Twin Cities. In the Summer, they switch gears and enjoy all open weekends at their cabin in Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota.

Randy has been an advisor since 1986, and has always focused on both financial planning and portfolio management for clients. He specializes in managing discretionary accounts for clients, which he started in 1999 when he became a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. He holds Series 7, Series 66 and Minnesota Life, Health, Accident, Variable Life Insurance and Variable Annuities licenses. In 2016, he added the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor credential.
Randy grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN, where he attended Cooper High School, and then graduated from St. Olaf College with degrees in Religion and Political Science. He lives in Plymouth with his wife, Debbie, and dog Lark. He has three children: Anna, Dane and daughter-in-law Mimi; and four grandchildren Case, Cole, Caroline and Charlotte. Randy enjoys hockey, basketball, golf, fishing, hunting, reading novels, gardening, and travel.

Minnesota native Natthan Osterberg has been with UBS for 20 years. Natthan is a versatile and resourceful advisor, having amassed a network of collaborators, and known for his long-lasting client relationships. As an avid believer in alternative investment strategies, his experience in multiple realms is his differentiator: Carving out portions of client portfolios and deploying investment vehicles like hedge funds, private equity, managed futures, and REITs has been key to his success. He regularly engages in proactive option strategies to hedge client equity positions and is attuned to opportunistic investing. Natthan is known as an adept researcher and information-gatherer and is always inspired to find solutions that are smart and creative.
Natthan grew up in Minnesota and attended Bethel University where he played football. He currently lives in Saint Louis Park with his wife, Jessie, two teenage daughters (Audrey and Piper), and three four-legged sons (Fletcher, Dude, and Jefe). Natthan is an avid Crossfitter, a sports fanatic, enjoys cooking for family and friends, and loves to just hang out with his wife
and kids as much as possible.
Sara joined UBS in 2019, spending the previous 12 years at Medtronic as a Financial Consultant working in various roles on corporate finance activities. She received a B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in 2001 and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in 2007. She holds a Series 7 and Series 66 license and Minnesota Life and Health license.
Sara grew up in West Bend, Wisconsin, and currently lives in Wayzata with her husband, Joe, and their 3 children; Maxwell (born 2008), Sydney (2011) and Danny (2014). Sara's first passion is supporting her children at school and their increasing activities; dance, baseball, football, basketball and piano. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and golf, exercising, watching all sports, and traveling as a family.

Rick entered the financial services industry 35 years ago. Rick’s clients are mainly independent business owners and corporate executives. He focuses on helping develop an appropriate investment strategy that ensures they will meet their long-term needs and goals. He brings objectivity and clarity in helping them meet life’s challenges.
Rick grew up in suburban Chicago and attended St. Olaf College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a resident of Wayzata and has been married to Teri for 33 years. They have three children and three grandchildren. All of them live outside of Minnesota, so they enjoy traveling to visit family. He is a sports fan focused on hockey, a golfer, and an avid trout fisherman. He is a member Trout Unlimited and the Laughing Trout Fly Tying Club.
Liam joined UBS in 2021. He has extensive experience in financial services focused on relationship management and providing high-touch, personalized service. He began his career at Citi in 1999 and worked in Boston, Washington DC and Miami before relocating to Minnesota in 2018.
Liam grew up in South America, speaks Spanish fluently and has fallen in love with Minnesota. Living in Minneapolis, he enjoys biking the chain of lakes and walking two Ocicats cats on the weekends.
Karen, an extremely experienced financial services professional, is responsible for delivering proactive, customized, client-centered service that encompasses all aspects of the client experience.
Karen began her career with UBS/PaineWebber in 1979, giving her over 40 years of experience in the industry. She holds both a Series 7 and 63 license.
Karen is a lifelong Minnesota resident who currently lives in Burnsville, MN with her husband, Jim. She has two grown children who live locally and enjoys her four grandchildren. In her free time, Karen enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and is an avid Minnesota sports fan.
