Mark Paone is a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant at UBS Retirement Plan Consulting Services. Mark has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry; the last 21 years focused squarely on serving the complex needs of the employer-sponsored retirement plan marketplace. At UBS, Mark provides advice and guidance to a select group of highly engaged employers in a joint effort to manage their fiduciary responsibilities while at the same time improving the retirement outcomes of their employees. In addition to managing all client-facing activities and the strategic objectives of the advisory practice, Mark volunteers his time with non-profits such as the National Association of Plan Advisors in an on-going, ever challenging effort, to preserve, promote and protect the ability of all hard working American's to retire on their own terms.
