Mark DeSalvo

Senior Vice President–Wealth Management

Financial Advisor

Starting from his upbringing as part of a large, close-knit Italian family, and the many situations he’s helped families navigate over his 30+ year career as a financial advisor, legacy and generational wealth are Mark DeSalvo’s focus. Specifically, Mark and his team take a personalized approach to helping multigenerational families meet their goals by developing and implementing individually-tailored holistic financial plans and investment strategies.

Mark began his career in wealth management in 1987 after graduating from East Carolina University with a B.B.A. in Finance. Over his career, he has held positions as a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager with Morgan Stanley and RBC Wealth Management. Mark joined the Norfolk office of UBS as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management in 2011.

As head of the Generational Wealth Group and a pillar of the community, Mark keeps busy in and out of the office. In addition to volunteering with Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia  and Children’s Hospital of The Kings Daughters, Mark is an avid long-distance biker and also plays in a classic rock band. Mark has three daughters and lives in Chesapeake, VA.
