Subeer has been in the wealth management business since 1993. He is dedicated to creating long-term relationships with his clients. Subeer focuses on putting his clients' goals first. He listens carefully to concerns and needs, and works attentively to develop a financial plan that maximizes wealth. Subeer wants to ensure that client goals and objectives are being met.

Subeer is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Economics and a graduate of DePaul University with a M.B.A. in Finance.

A Washington native, Subeer and his wife Sonia reside on Mercer Island with their 4 kids. Away from the office, he spends time traveling, playing golf, tennis, and basketball. Subeer is a supporter of many non-profit organizations such as Asha for Education, Kiran-Anjali Project, and the Mercer Island School's Foundation.

Dan has been in the wealth management business since 1992. He believes it's vital to take a holistic approach to wealth management to provide you with the insight and perspective that, over time, can make a valuable difference in your life.

Dan is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Washington State University business school. He also studied at Obirin University in Tokyo, Japan and Kharkov University in the Ukraine. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1992 after having worked for a private money manager in Oregon. Early in his career he could be heard doing the morning stock market reports for KJR sports radio and hosted a radio talk show for an ABC affiliate out of Tacoma, WA.

Dan holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation and in 2009 was recognized as one of the top 1000 advisors in the United States by Barron's magazine. In 2018 he joined UBS Financial Services in Bellevue, WA as a Senior Vice President and formed the Manhas Wilskie Group.

Dan was born and raised in Edmonds, WA and currently resides in Bothell.

Darby has been over 29 years of experience in the Financial Industry, with the last 15 years working at UBS. As Team Administrator, Darby oversees the team’s client servicing and administrative operations. Darby resides in Kirkland Washington.

Darby does what it takes to find solutions and anticipate potential issues, allowing her colleagues to be more productive and focus on the needs of their clients. Darby is successfully able to navigate complex and ambiguous circumstances, and is passionate about helping clients pursue their goals.

Darby graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in marketing.

Mari McMenamin is a Client Services Associate at UBS with over 2 years of experience in her role.

Leveraging her extensive background in office administration and human resources, Mari provides comprehensive support to high-net-worth clients and their Financial Advisor. With expertise in customer service, operational management, and diversity relations, Mari fosters collaborative team environments focused on enhancing client satisfaction and building enduring relationships. Mari is a graduate of University of Washington with a BA in Digital Media and Communication and minors in Public Policy and Human Rights.

 Mari McMenamin, originally from Venezuela, has made the United States her home for over two decades. She brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence to her professional endeavors. Outside of work, Mari finds joy in spending time with her family, engaging in fitness activities with her sons and preparing delicious meals together. Mari is deeply invested in their academic and athletic pursuits. Residing in North Bend with her partner and two boys, she and her family cherish outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, and fishing.
