Andrew began his career in financial services in 1985 and joined UBS in 2004. He serves entrepreneurs, professionals, nonprofit institutions and businesses. Andrew receives great satisfaction in knowing a client’s goals and objectives and working with the client to achieve them.
He is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is licensed to offer insurance. Andrew has a liberal arts degree in mathematics from Colby College in Waterville, ME.
Andrew is an avid road cyclist and enjoys exercising, soccer, boating and photography. He is a Trustee of the Bushnell Center for Performing Arts and Chair of its Board of Ambassadors, a member and past President of the Estate Business Planning Council of Hartford, the Chair of the Board for the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, a past chair of its Catalyst Endowment Fund, and a Board Member of the Hartford Marathon Foundation. Andrew and his wife, Kathleen have two adult daughters and spend time between Hartford and their home in Stonington.

Financial Advisor
Ashley provides wealth management services for institutional and individual investors. The professionals he serves includes doctors, lawyers and small business owners. In addition, Ashley provides advisory services to nonprofit organizations and governmental entities.
Ashley focuses on holistic wealth planning, which includes financial planning, investments, tax minimization, insurance and college funding. For institutions, he focuses on strategies that seek to provide clients with ample liquidity and enough flexibility to accomplish their stated objectives, while lowering the likelihood of a funding shortfall.
Ashley joined UBS in 2005 after several years at Lehman Brothers, where he served as an analyst. He has received the CFA® and CFP® designations. Ashley also holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is licensed to offer insurance. He earned a B.S. in finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. Ashley serves on the board of the Children’s Educational Opportunity Foundation of CT, and is also a member of the local UConn Hartford Alumni chapter and the Estate Business Planning Council of Hartford. He and his wife, Laura, live in Southington, CT, with their son, Austin, and daughter, Annabelle.

Financial Advisor
Paul joined Long River Wealth Management in January of 2020 as a partner. Paul brings 20 years of Wealth Management experience. For the past 15 years he has been a member of the UBS Chief Investment Office, most recently in the role of Editor in Chief and Head of Product Management in the Americas. Previously he held roles within capital markets and research at Morgan Stanley. Paul looks forward to applying his experience with markets, investment strategy, communication, and wealth management solutions to helping our clients meet their goals.
Paul holds the series 7, 66, and 24 designations. He also holds degrees in English, economics, and accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut.
Paul and his wife Julia, an architect, live in Stonington, Connecticut with their daughter and son. Paul is an avid tennis and paddle tennis player and an amateur pianist. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Stonington Historical Society, member of the Vestry of Calvary Church, President of the Board of Governors of the Wadawanuck Club, and past President of the Board of Directors of La Grua Center – all in Stonington.

Paula joined UBS and Long River Wealth Management in 1995. Being a part of Long River for more than 29 years has given Paula the opportunity to experience, understand and appreciate all facets of the Team and its roles. She now manages the group’s day-to-day operations, administration and portfolio trading. She holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and is a graduate of Simmons College, Boston, MA, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.
Outside of the office, Paula enjoys boating, skiing, traveling and yoga. Staying active is important to her as well as spending time with her family. She and her husband Pete live in Simsbury, CT with their four children Lily, Jack, Julia and Elena.

Financial Advisor
Nikki joined Long River Wealth Management in 2022 as a Financial Advisor. Prior to joining the team, Nikki was a wealth planning associate with UBS, focusing on creating and delivering financial goal analyses to clients. Before joining UBS in 2020, she held various marketing and business development positions at 3M.
Nikki holds her Series 7 and 66 designations. She has an undergraduate degree from Boston University with a focus on business and environmental science and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. She is also an alumna of the Loomis Chafee School. She and her husband Mike live in Madison, CT with their two young sons Miles and Graham. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family at the beach in the summer and skiing in Vermont in the winter.
Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Kent joined Long River Wealth Management as a Wealth Strategy Associate in 2022. In this role, Kent works to support the investment strategy, trading, financial planning, and strategic development activities of the team. Kent holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Prior to joining UBS, he was a Vice President of Commercial Banking at Silicon Valley Bank, working out of their Boston office before relocating to Toronto to help drive the bank’s Canadian market expansion. Kent attended Bates College, where he studied economics and was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Kent currently resides in Suffield, CT. Outside of work, Kent enjoys cooking, hiking, and travel.
Senior Client Associate
Carol has worked in the financial services industry since 2007 and joined Long River Wealth Management in 2013. As a Senior Client Service Associate, she is cross-trained in all areas but primarily focuses on the client onboarding process, including opening new accounts and processing incoming account transfers, as well as the scheduling of client appointments and other administrative related items.
Carol resides in West Springfield, MA. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and attending sporting events for all of New England’s teams, especially the Boston Red Sox.
Client Associate
Nancy joined Long River Wealth Management in 2016. She assists with operational duties for the team. She graduated with an Associates Degree in Science for Accounting.
Nancy resides in East Hartford, CT with her husband, Marco, and her daughter, Jennifer. In her spare time she enjoys reading and cooking. She also enjoys traveling to Kentucky, where her oldest daughter Jessica and her husband reside.
Client Associate
Kelly is known by many of our longstanding clients from her earlier and outstanding work as a CSA. Kelly left the group many years ago to devote her time and attention to another demanding and personally rewarding endeavor, raising- along with husband David, a commercial pilot with UPS- her three then-young children. Years later and the children well launched, she returns to our group with the same talent and abilities she displayed during her earlier successful tenure that spanned more than a decade.
Client Associate
Erin joined the team in March of 2021 as a client service associate. In this capacity, she assists in the full range of operational responsibilities, including client onboarding, account opening, scheduling, and other key administrative functions.
Erin has over 10 years of experience in social work and holds a degree in that field from Ann Maria College. She is a resident of Tolland, CT and is active in that community, serving on the Tolland Youth Lacrosse Board (for seven years) and volunteering at the Cornerstone Soup Kitchen. In her free time, Erin enjoys yoga, running, and attending her four children’s sporting events.
Wealth Strategy Associate
Lily joined UBS in 2022 as a Financial Advisor for the UBS Wealth Advice Center. There, she assisted clients with meeting their financial goals by conducting comprehensive portfolio reviews to understand their financial picture. She currently maintains her SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. She also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation.
Lily is a University of Connecticut alumna, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in political science. At UConn Lily developed a passion for physical activity after joining CHAARG, a women’s fitness organization. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis and competing in her recreational softball league. Lily resides in Boston, MA.
