As a 28- year veteran of the financial services industry, I am committed to helping my clients simplify their financial lives by offering comprehensive wealth management, specializing in retirement income planning, fixed income strategies, and estate planning. I employ a disciplined approach to asset allocation, with an emphasis on capital preservation and personalized investment strategies tailored to each individual client. With a commitment to thorough analysis, and a prudent approach to investing, I collaborate closely with clients and their other trusted advisors to help generate and manage income in retirement, and help reduce the tax impact on my clients' estates.
I enjoy skiing, cycling, hiking, and reading anything related to the economy and the stock market, and traveling worldwide with my wife Sheila, and my two sons, Conor, and Sean.

With over 20 years of experience, Michael built his practice helping clients with their financial planning and investment needs. During his career, Michael has witnessed both the private and institutional sides of the financial industry, enabling him to bring valuable market insights to his practice. Additionally, this experience helps him to have a strong understanding of the firm and how to use the resources to benefit his clients. He has formalized his experience by completing the rigorous certification process and achieving the designation of Certified Financial Planner®. Michael has also been named to the UBS Portfolio Management Program (PMP), which allows UBS advisors to act as a discretionary investment manager.
Throughout his career, Michael has worked with affluent individuals and their families to plan for a more secure future. These clients include business owners, professionals, and corporate executives. By helping clients to clearly identify their goals, he works to create a financial plan and investment strategy to meet that purpose. As a CFP®, Michael possesses knowledge in five key areas of client planning needs: estate, insurance, investment, retirement and tax. Michael focuses on investment and risk management, income generation and income maximization strategies, insurance needs, and wealth transfer strategies.
Michael is a board member and past president of the Rotary Club of Fanwood-Scotch Plains. He is also a board member of the Dance Innovation Performance Foundation.
Michael is the proud father of two sons. In his spare time he enjoys boating and he is a certified Yoga Instructor.

Zach graduated from Hartwick College in 2023 with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration. He then went on to complete a graduate certificate program at Rutgers University in Labor & Employment Relations. Zach has a vested interest in personal finance & wealth management strategies and currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 license.
Zach was a 4 year member of the Hartwick College Men’s Basketball team, including two years as a Team-Captain. Additionally, he spent his graduate year at Rutgers as a member of the Men’s Basketball team.
Through integrating discipline from his athletics background, he leans on teamwork, strong analytical skills and consistency to succeed in the workplace.
