Gina is one of three Financial Advisors on the Landmark Wealth Management team at UBS, along with Dan Quible and Libby Galvin. Gina joined Gradison McDonald Investments (UBS) in 1999 and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation. She is a graduate of Spring Hill College and holds a M.A. degree in organizational psychology from Xavier University. Gina's main area of focus is personal financial planning with an emphasis on asset allocation, retirement income planning and insurance analysis. In her spare time, Gina serves on the board for First Step Home and works at her plant store in Batavia. Gina and her children are avid dog lovers and volunteer and foster for Peppermint Pig Animal Rescue.

Libby is one of three Financial Advisors on the Landmark Wealth Management team at UBS, along with Gina Crowley and Dan Quible. Before joining UBS, Libby spent 10 years in the nonprofit arena in positions with the Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Nature Center and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Libby graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH and further expanded her studies with an M.A. in Training in Development from Xavier University. In 2007 Libby joined her father's practice at UBS and earned her Certified Financial Planning ® designation in 2012. She joined Landmark Wealth Management in 2016 after her father retired.
Libby is an active volunteer with her children’s school community and is on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. She and her husband Tony live in Anderson Township with their three children, Aiden, Lucy and Ryan.

Dan joined Gradison McDonald Investments (UBS) in 1992 and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation. He is a graduate of Northwestern University with a M.S. degree in geophysics. Dan's main areas of focus are personal planning for clients, retirement income planning, and wealth management. He is active in volunteer activities within his community and is past president of the Northwestern University Club of Cincinnati. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, biking and skiing. Dan lives in the Village of Indian Hill with his wife, Amy, and they have three adult children.

Kim has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. She joined Gradison McDonald Investments in 1999 after working at Key Investments for over five years. At Gradison McDonald, Kim was the Kenwood branch operations manager responsible for employee management, trade reconciliations, account activity oversight, and regulatory compliance. She is the team administrator for Landmark Wealth Management.
Kim is a graduate of the University of Florida and has also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation. In her spare time, she likes to travel and take pictures.

Deanna Collins has worked for UBS Financial Services (previously PaineWebber) since 1996. She is a Senior Client Service Associate and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.
Deanna lives in Union, Kentucky with her youngest son, Hunter, who recently graduated from NKU. Her eldest son, AJ, lives and works in Saratoga, NY. Her daughter, Kaylyn Clark and her family (husband Chris, daughter Karsyn and son Maverick) live nearby. Deanna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, her grandchildren and her three dogs. She also enjoys watching sports and doing DIY projects.
Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Jessica Hays joined the Landmark Wealth Management team at UBS in November of 2020. Prior to joining UBS, Jess worked at Cardinal Health in Organizational Change Management and Human Resources. Jess grew up in Cincinnati and recently moved back after living in Columbus for the past 12 years while attending school and working. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Business with a specialization in Marketing. In her free time Jess enjoys Ohio State football, cycling, skiing, hiking and camping with her husband and dog. She frequently participates in an annual charity bike ride called Pelotonia to raise money for cancer research.
