Andrew Kahner is a Managing Director at UBS and the founding member of Kahner Segal Partners. He works closely with clients to design highly personalized wealth management strategies that reflect their goals, values, and long‑term vision. His advice goes beyond portfolio construction and addresses the full picture of a client’s financial life, including family dynamics, business interests, and legacy planning.
Andrew brings more than 18 years of experience in wealth management, along with five years of prior institutional finance experience. He advises a diverse group of clients that includes business owners and entrepreneurs, family offices, nonprofit organizations, medical professionals, athletes and entertainers, and senior corporate executives. Across each relationship, the focus remains on clarity, trust, and thoughtful advice that adapts as clients’ lives and priorities evolve.
Andrew earned a BS in Business Information Systems and Logistics from the University of Maryland. He began his career in institutional finance at Lehman Brothers, where he developed a strong foundation in capital markets and large‑scale financial operations. Drawn to the opportunity to work more directly with individuals and families, he transitioned into financial advisory. Since joining UBS in 2008, Andrew has built his practice with an entrepreneurial mindset. He and his team are committed to delivering a consistently high level of service and a seamless client experience.
Community involvement plays an important role in Andrew’s professional life. He serves on advisory boards for the University of Maryland Alumni Chapter, Made in Brooklyn, and Sunrise Day Camps under the UJA Federation. He is also a sponsor of Entrepreneurs’ Organization and serves on the leadership committee of the largest Business Network International chapter in the U.S.
Andrew is also actively involved in several philanthropic initiatives, including Young Musicians United, an organization dedicated to providing young musicians with mentorship, performance opportunities, and access to artistic resources. He also supports Little Essentials and Beyond the Boroughs.
After spending many years living and working in New York City, Andrew now resides in Miami Beach with his wife, Noa, and their four children, Kyla, Jackson, Raphael, and Shivonne.

Ben has over 30 years of investment experience assisting professionals, business owners, non-profits and ultra-high net worth individuals. He focuses on prudent investment management, estate planning strategies and holistic planning. As a Financial Advisor at UBS, he provides a customized approach to wealth management built on a personal relationship with his clients and shapes an understanding of their needs and aspirations.
Previously, he served as a portfolio manager/analyst in alternative investments, derivatives trading and risk management at Wexford, a ten billion dollar macroeconomics global hedge fund. At Wexford, he was responsible for consumer, financial, and industrial sectors. Before that, Ben was a portfolio manager at Winchester Capital and Soros Fund Management. At both, Ben implemented a bottoms-up investment process with a macro overlay.
Before joining Soros, Ben managed a 3.5 billion dollar family office for a Forbes 400 family. At the family office, he managed an event driven hedge fund, developed allocation models, managed a $1.5 billion dollar derivative position, invested in concentrated single stock positions, and invested in private companies.
Ben started his career as an International Tax Lawyer, then joined Prudential Securities, where he was a Senior Vice President in equity derivatives.
He is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School and Lehigh University and is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Series 7, 66 and life insurance licenses.

Steve is a distinguished professional with over three decades of experience in Corporate Benefits and Individual Wealth Management. While working as part of Fidelity’s Stock Plan business, he played a role in the creation and expansion of their platform, to help enhance Fidelity’s client relations. Steve was a vital part of the UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions team, where he has spent the last five years. His experience spans working with an array of companies, from industry giants such as Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses entering the public market. With a focus on corporate benefits enhancement, Steve provides advice to individual employees as a service that HR teams are looking for and employees are asking for. He advocates for a more personalized approach to employee advice to truly maximize the potential of corporate benefit programs.
His experience led him to join the Kahner & Segal team, where he is dedicated to elevating company benefits to new heights. He holds several security licenses (6, 7, 8, 63) and possesses a deep understanding of various aspects of financial wellness and planning. His areas of proficiency include Financial Wellness, Corporate Sponsor Financial Planning, Equity Compensation, Executive Servicing, Retirement Consulting, and Fixed Income, each backed by a strong foundation in strategy development, client presentations, and implementation processes. Steve’s unique blend of strategic insight and practical experience positions him as a leader in transforming company benefits and wealth management practices. Ariana joined Kahner Segal Partners in 2013, bringing 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to UBS, she worked as a Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
Ariana provides world-class and tailored service to our clients. She is a key person in managing our clients' administrative and banking needs as well as account maintenance.
Ariana is registered and currently holds series 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. She speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
Ariana enjoys traveling, nature, and learning about different cultures.
She resides in Watchung, NJ with her husband, George, sons, David, John, Matthew, and English Labrador, Rio.
Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Alexander leads the team’s efforts for tailored lending, credit facilities, and derivatives. He utilizes his knowledge of debt and derivative instruments to provide tailor solutions for our client’s sophisticated needs and objectives.
Alexander is also passionate about fitness, wellness, and bodybuilding. He is a certified personal trainer and owns a fitness consulting business. He spends much of his time outside of the office working out, hiking, golfing, and traveling.
He graduated cum laude from Salve Regina University in 2019 with a double major in Financial Management & Marketing. He was also a 4-year starter on the football team, Student Government Vice President, and President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Alexander holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses and lives in Edgewater, NJ.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Marcel joined the team in 2023 with four years of experience at UBS. Prior to joining, he operated in a Financial Advisory capacity delivering advice and guidance to clients. Throughout his career, Marcel has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement. He supports the team’s investment research arm by undertaking due diligence of investment vehicles. This includes publicly-traded securities as well as private alternative investments, such as hedge funds, private equity and real estate offerings.
Marcel graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Finance. He speaks French, Spanish, and Russian and maintains his Series 7 and 66 licenses. In his free time Marcel enjoys working on financial models, playing chess, and sports.

Yvette joined Kahner Segal Partners in January 2025, bringing in 3 years of experience with UBS. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Client Service Associate at the UBS Wealth Advice Center where she gained a strong foundation in client service and operational expertise.
Now in her current role with Kahner Segal Partners, Yvette serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of care across all aspects of the wealth management relationship. She oversees account administration, facilitates complex transactions, and manages client onboarding and maintenance with precision and discretion.
Yvette earned her B.S in Economics with a double minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon. She currently holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.
Outside of the office, Yvette draws on her 18 years as a classical ballerina to stay active through Pilates, hiking, and traveling. She remains an avid supporter of the arts and enjoys attending performances whenever she can.

Carl joined the team in 2025 with three years of experience at UBS, where he served in a Financial Advisory capacity providing tailored advice and solutions to a diverse client base.
In his current role, Carl works closely with the team to enhance data analytics capabilities, prepare comprehensive reporting materials, execute capital requests, and conduct in-depth investment research. His strong commitment to client service and analytical rigor plays an important role in supporting the team’s wealth management process. He places a high priority on building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and continued growth.
Carl holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Baruch College. He is fluent in French and has obtained the Series 7 and 66 licenses. In his free time, he enjoys running, playing tennis, and spending quality time with friends and family.
