Ken holds some of the most prestigious credentials in the industry. As a Certified Financial Planner TM, he helps clients maximize the impact of their financial resources. As a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist ®, he advices corporations on how to establish and manage employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k)s, 403(b)s and SEP-IRAs. Additionally, as an Accredited Domestic Partner Advisor ®, he works with the LGBT community and domestic partners to overcome many of the financial challenges they face.
Prior to joining UBS, Ken co-managed the Corporate Executive Board Company's operation in Latin America, Spain and Portugal. Having specialized in the financial services arena, he collaborated with some of the best minds in the industry.
He graduated Cum Laude from Tech of Monterrey in Mexico and furthered his studies in finance and ethics at The University of San Diego. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, he enjoys travelling with his family and friends to Mexico, Brazil and wherever else he can. He is also an active member of the Capital Area Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, a Certified PADI Scuba Diver, and the President of the local chapter of his Alma Matter's alumni association, EXATEC DC.
