As a senior member of The Keating Group, Maureen has enjoyed helping families and business owners meet their financial goals for more than 30 years. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1990 when she joined her father, Ed Keating, at Merrill Lynch.
Maureen encouraged her team to focus on becoming financial‑planning‑based when she began studying for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®™, earning the certification in 2004 (awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.). Clients and teammates rely on Maureen for big‑picture perspective and clear, candid advice. She is particularly skilled at coordinating complex situations that span generations by aligning family priorities, trusts and estates, charitable giving, and business transition considerations so clients can make decisions with confidence.
An Ellington resident, Maureen has two children and two granddaughters. She enjoys traveling the world, reading, and local arts & culture.

Mike began his financial services career in 1999 at Merrill Lynch and joined the Keating Group in 2002. He earned a Finance degree from Central Connecticut State University, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®™ professional (awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.), and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation.
With more than two decades of experience, Mike focuses on helping families build practical, sustainable retirement plans by balancing investment strategy, income needs, and tax‑efficient decision‑making. Clients appreciate his guidance and his ability to simplify long‑term planning.
Mike lives in Marlborough, CT with his family and enjoys cooking and playing ice hockey. He volunteers at St. George Armenian Church and spends summer weekends in Old Saybrook fishing and relaxing with family and friends.

Matt joined The Keating Group in 2006 while earning a BS with honors and later an MBA from the University of Hartford. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designations from the Investments & Wealth Institute.
Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, Matt helps individuals, families and business owners turn complex financial decisions into clear, actionable plans. Clients value his straightforward guidance, tax‑aware portfolio construction, and coordination across their full balance sheet - from investing and liquidity to retirement income, lending, and charitable giving. He collaborates closely with clients’ accountants and attorneys, and stays proactive with ongoing reviews so plans evolve as life does.
Matt lives in Wallingford with his family and enjoys tennis and traveling.

Matthew joined the Keating Group in 2013. He earned a BS with honors in Business Administration and Finance from Eastern Connecticut State University and an MBA from Central Connecticut State University. He also holds his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®™ certification.
As a newer advisor, Matthew focuses on building strong foundational plans for clients by helping them clarify goals, organize their finances, and understand the steps needed to move forward. He brings an approachable style and emphasizes education, making sure clients feel supported and informed from the start. By leveraging the experience of the broader Keating Group, he provides clients with thoughtful guidance and a structured, easy‑to‑follow planning process.
Matthew lives in Wethersfield with his wife and enjoys golfing in his free time.
Client Associate
Nicoleta (Nikki) Geraci supports the Keating Group by managing daily operations and ensuring clients receive timely, thoughtful service. Before joining UBS in 2020, she spent 19 years at Merrill Lynch, building deep expertise in client service and administrative support.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She lives in Winsted with her husband.
