Hardy Winburn joined UBS in January 2002 and formed the team that would become Winburn Wealth Management. In the 19 years prior, he was President and CEO of a national manufacturing and distribution firm that was named the 1997 Arkansas Business of the Year by Arkansas Business Publishing Group.
A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Hardy earned his bachelor of science in management science from Duke University and his master of business administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition, Hardy completed The Presidents' Seminar training program through Harvard Business School.
Since 1995, Hardy has been a member of the world's premier peer network of chief executives and business leaders, the Young Presidents' Organization. A member of YPO Gold (formerly the World Presidents' Organization) since 2008, he currently serves as the Chair of the Arkansas Chapter.
In recognition of his performance at the firm, he is a member of UBS's Pinnancle Council.

Tommy joined KWM in 2007 and co-heads the team's comprehensive financial and insurance planning for clients. Tommy analyzes client insurance needs, reviews existing policies, and assures that they have the right coverage. Lastly, Tommy assists clients in pursuing philanthropic efforts and has extensive experience in establishing donor-advised funds, private foundations, endowments, and charitable gift annuities. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Tommy has received extensive training in advanced planning for retirement, college saving, insurance, and wealth transfer strategies. Tommy holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation, administered by Investment Management Consultants Association® and taught in conjunction with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also maintains Series 3, 7, and 66 securities licenses as well as New York State life and health insurance licenses. In addition, Tommy is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder (CFA®) and an active member of the CFA Society of New York.
Tommy graduated with a B.S. from The John F. Welch School of Business at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. Tommy lives in New York with his wife, Tara, and two children, Thanasi and Chloe. He enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. He is an active participant in the UBS Community Affairs & Corporate Responsibility program.
