Experience

David Cynkin is a Registered Client Associate with UBS, holding both his Series 66 and Series 7 licenses. He graduated from the University of Oregon’s Business Honors Program in 2023 with a major in finance and a minor in economics. During his time in Oregon, he also worked as a paid intern under the CFO of the University where he gained experience in institutional investment management and financing processes for a large public institution.

 With UBS, David has supported wealth management teams and branches throughout San Diego, gaining exposure to a wide range of perspectives and approaches to client service. He is committed to delivering attentive, white-glove service to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses while continuing to develop his knowledge alongside the team’s experienced Financial Advisors.

 David is a lifelong San Diego native, Torrey Pines High School alumnus, and current Encinitas resident. He is a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and former competitive freeskier, with an athletic background that also includes water polo, football, and track and field. In his free time, David enjoys traveling throughout Europe and experiencing its diverse cultures.
