Vice President–Wealth Management
Financial Advisor
In August of 1999, I put on a suit & tie, stepped foot into my office in New Haven, CT, picked up my desk phone, and started my journey as a Financial Advisor. While some things have changed since then—I can’t remember the last time I wore a tie…desk phones have been replaced with Zoom calls…and the office is hybrid now—my value proposition has stayed the same: to provide simple, actionable financial advice to my clients.
Although I didn’t know it at the time, my career would include not only one of the greatest bull markets we have ever seen, but would also survive the second worst recession our economy has been through, as well as countless other catastrophes. What happened in those early years of my career completely reshaped how I work with my clients, and would continue to be the backbone of my investment philosophy today: risk management that is completely aligned with my clients’ goals.
As I transitioned my team from Smith Barney to UBS during the Great Recession of 2008, I knew that every decision I have made during my career was to provide the greatest opportunity for my clients as well as my business. I have been fortunate along the way to work with some amazing people and for the last 10 years, building a team with Andy Boone has exceeded all my expectations.
I say that our clients “look like us”…and although we pride ourselves on having an extremely diverse group of clients, my personal passions have allowed me to work with many like-minded individuals. As a 1996 graduate of Providence College with a degree in Finance, the Friar alumni network has been vital to my business. My alma mater, coupled with my passion for endurance sports (specifically ultra running and triathlons), have provided me with the opportunity to meet some amazing people who have become our clients.

Vice President–Wealth Management
Financial Advisor
Over the past 13 years at UBS I've managed our clients' assets with the belief that sound multi-generational financial planning is the foundation for thoughtful decision making. With this in mind, I've worked with our clients through all types of market conditions to ensure that their financial goals remain the primary focus. In 2011 I earned the designation of Wealth Advisor, a rigorous course of study meant to enhance the knowledge of advisors in areas such as business succession planning, estate planning strategies, and other areas of Wealth Management. I currently serve as the Chair of the Board of the United Way for Greater New Haven. I also serve as the Chair for the New Haven Region of the Alumni Interviewing Program for the University of Pennsylvania, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1997.
