Mr. Koltes has served on the Executive Committee of the Council of Institutional Investors of which he was a founding member. From 1981 through 1984, he was the Founding Chairman of the Investment Committee of the District of Columbia Retirement Board, which was the first federally mandated public pension system. In addition, he has served as the Chairman of the Washington Area Investment Forum, is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, DC., and a Knight of Malta.
