Jim joined UBS in 2009 after spending the prior 13 years at Merrill Lynch. He started his career as a financial advisor in 1995 and has put his experience to work for his clients, helping them find the best way forward to pursue the goals that truly matter. Utilizing comprehensive financial planning, Jim helps clients with goals based planning along with advice on investment, insurance and estate planning strategies. 

Jim holds the series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, long–term care, and mortgage license (NMLS# 148081).  Furthermore, Jim earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2000.  He is also a graduate of Western New England University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. 

Jim lives in East Longmeadow, MA. He enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and is an active member of his local Lions Club.

Rob joined UBS in 2008 after spending the prior nine years at Merrill Lynch. His career in financial advising began in 1999, and since then, he has had the privilege of guiding clients through numerous market events, including the tech boom and bust, the lost decade, the market meltdown of 2008-2009, and the Great Recession.

Through these experiences, Rob gained a broad perspective that allows him to provide realistic advice on building wealth, generating income streams, analyzing insurance needs, and implementing effective tax planning strategies. Rob achieves these objectives by creating comprehensive financial plans tailored to our clients' unique needs. His clients include business owners, professionals, retirees, their children, and new referrals.

What has driven Rob’s success and longevity in serving clients is his daily commitment to patience, concern, empathy, and a genuine interest in the markets. He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, long-term care, and mortgage licenses (NMLS #1221585). In addition, Rob earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2004. He is also a proud graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business.

On a personal note, Rob lives in Conway, MA, with his wonderful wife, Beth. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.

Brandon joined the Pioneer Insight Wealth Consultants team at UBS in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure at Putnam Investments and Columbia Threadneedle Investments. During his time with these asset managers, Brandon focused on guiding financial advisors towards optimal investment solutions.

Since joining UBS Financial, Brandon has been dedicated to crafting a client experience that transcends traditional investing. He employs a personalized, goals-based holistic wealth management process, ensuring clients receive successful, consistent, and repeatable results that have been the standard client experience with the Pioneer Insight Wealth Consultants team for over three decades.

Brandon holds several securities licenses, including Series 6, 7, 63, and 65, as well as life, accident, health, long-term care, and mortgage licenses (NMLS# 1733092). He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2022 and graduated with a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Residing in Westfield, MA, Brandon lives with his wife, Carissa, and their dog, Olive. He enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Dustin has been a member of UBS and the Insight Wealth Management Group since 2021. Since joining the team, Dustin has dedicated his time to guiding clients through all financial stages- whether its planning for retirement, managing investments, or helping to safeguard their family's future.  Having made a successful transition from healthcare to finance, he brings a holistic approach to financial planning, focusing on personalized strategies tailored to the client's needs.

Residing in Longmeadow, MA, Dustin lives with his wife Caroline and their children, Jackson and Madeline. He is actively involved in the community, having previously served on the Capital Planning Committee and currently serving on the Longmeadow Finance Committee since 2024.

Josie began her career in the wealth management industry in 1990 in the operations department, and has extensive knowledge of all operational and administrative aspects of the client experience. Josie is the Senior Team Associate. Josie attended Bay Path College in Longmeadow, MA. She currently resides in Agawam with her husband Tim and their two adult children, Sophia and Tyler

Judy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, particularly in the field of Human Resources and the financial industry. Back in the early 2000s, she had the opportunity to work in the financial field, which provided her with invaluable insights and skills.

Currently, she resides in Agawam, MA with her husband Shawn.
