Dale has been working closely with multiple generations of high net worth families for over fifteen years, successfully building and maintaining a sustainable program for long term wealth accumulation and distribution. His years of experience in tenuous markets are enhanced with the combination of his designations as a Certified Financial Planner®, Certified Private Wealth Advisor® and Certified Investment Management Analyst®. This training provides him with the skills required to execute comprehensive plans for his families and provide for the most advanced abilities to manage portfolios. Additionally, Dale is one of a small number of UBS Financial Advisors who have earned the designation of Wealth Advisor. As a Wealth Advisor, he is qualified to provide highly personalized wealth management services to his clients.
Dale shares his knowledge whenever possible, guest lecturing at area universities, in the news, or on television. Possessing a great passion for the world of finance makes this an enjoyable process as he looks for ways to give back to clients, friends, and the community at large.
A dedicated husband to his wife Tracey and father of two young daughters, Dale maintains a family, community, sports and charitable schedule that attests to his ability to make managing various activities seem effortless. From beautiful museums, to local charities, to the jungles of Ecuador, Dale works to make the world a better place whenever possible. He enjoys coaching both of his daughters' lacrosse teams, currently serves as a member of the Board and Finance Committee, of the internationally recognized Living Classrooms Foundation, and serves as a member of the Finance and Facilitates Committee for Health Care for the Homeless. He also serves as a formal mentor through American Corporate Partners, assisting veterans in successfully transitioning to the work force. Dale earned a B.S. in Biology from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University.

Greg started his career at Smith Barney in 2008 where he helped develop and maintain close relationships with his clients. He has worked with Horn wealth Management for over 9 years. His experience and proficiency for creating financial plans has helped the team develop extensive investment portfolios that fit to our client's personal goals and needs. In addition, Greg's knowledge of banking and lending services, as well as overall operations enhances the services and skills he strives to provide his clients.
Greg graduated from Washington College located in Chestertown, MD in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and most recently received his MBA from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business. He is active in the community where he serves as 3rd Vice President on the Executive Committee for the Boys' Latin School of Maryland Alumni Association. Greg enjoys spending time on his Eastern Shore farm with his family. He currently resides in Towson with his wife, Alex and their two children, Jack and Georgia.

Lindsey joined the team in 2015 as the Senior Client Service Associate. In 2019, she transitioned her role to Wealth Management Associate as well as received the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® designation. Similar to her role as a Senior CSA, Lindsey continues to provide operational and administrative support to the team in addition to focusing on holistic wealth management strategies and marketing efforts that include Financial Planning, Banking, Insurance and all aspects of delivering a wealth management plan. Lindsey has worked within the Client Services and Administrative fields since 2009 after graduating from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance. Her role is to enhance the customer experience by working closely with our clients to satisfy their everyday financial and lending needs. In doing so, she also assists with onboarding new clients and works to assure the engagement process is executed seamlessly and effectively.
As the Client Service Associate (CSA) Coach for the Baltimore branch, it is her personal goal to encourage and mentor her colleagues to act with the same values and principles. Lindsey holds both the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, the Maryland Insurance license, and a recipient of the 2018 Q2 Field Support Excellence Award. The Excellence Award recognizes individual employees for their outstanding efforts in their role, in their Market and in the local community while continuously exhibiting the UBS Principles and Behaviors.
Lindsey served on UBS' Team Associate Advisory Council from 2019 - 2021. The committee is in place to ensure that our Team Associate population viewpoints are front and center on important issues as well as enhancing and improving various policies and procedures.

Through his decades of experience working with markets, first in the commodity business and, more recently, as an advisor, Bert has navigated through many difficult waters, having come to realize that the true currency of his professional life has always been trust; something that is difficult to gain and easy to lose. It is the trust in his judgment and ability to provide his clients with a context and the perspective to better understand their needs, wants, and wishes, that differentiates Bert as an advisor.
Bert proactively serves a select group of families with understanding their goals, by offering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, in order to deliver a higher level of predictability.
Bert received his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and History from Georgetown University and completed the program in Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance at the Harvard Kennedy School.
