Erik has significant experience in working with entrepreneurs, business owners, C-suite executives and affluent families about a range of issues. Typically, these clients have come to a crossroad in their wealth. Clients' needs range from pre-and-post IPO strategies, concentrated and restricted stock management, mergers, private sales and wealth transfer strategies. They anticipate a liquidity event, are dealing with new-found wealth, or simply realize that they do not have the time or knowledge to handle the intricacies of affluence.
He relishes the opportunity to help clients at these critical times, laying out a deliberate and cohesive framework for successive years. Clients often come to him after benefitting from solid planning by external tax and legal advisors. However, they need help in moving beyond planning to implementation.
