UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager
Where are you today and where do you want to be tomorrow? We recognize that a lasting relationship starts by listening and understanding your priorities and concerns. We'll work together to look at the big picture, discuss your vision for the future and help you confidently pursue your life goals.
We are here to provide quality strategies customized to your needs. We concentrate on developing long-term relationships through a commitment to quality client service. You can rely on our personalized advice, first-class solutions, and extensive wealth management experience.
I have seen five decades of change in the markets. During the 1980's and 1990's, I focused on the institutional side of the business, polishing my craft in multiple disciplines such as equity and fixed income trading, institutional and retail sales, and private equity. I began working with private clients and small business owners in 2001 at Morgan Stanley. In 2004, I moved to UBS and have been successfully helping clients develop and implement wealth strategies.
As one of a small number of UBS Financial Advisors who have earned the designation of Wealth Advisor, I am uniquely qualified to provide highly personalized wealth management services to my clients. Wealth management is more than just the wide range of financial services and solutions you can access at UBS. It is how those services are developed and delivered to help you pursue your goals. Ours is a customized approach to wealth management, built on personal relationships and shaped by an understanding of your needs and aspirations. We help deliver our client's goals using investments, insurance, qualified plans, credit, estate planning and more. Working with clients to achieve their life's goals is our team’s passion.
I live in Roslyn, NY with my wife, Susan, and two rescue dogs. Our two sons, Josh and Adam, reside in Manhattan. I'm an active volunteer with many charities including SIBSPLACE® at South Nassau Community Hospital and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I also sit on the board of the JDRF Long Island Chapter.

I began my career in financial services on Morgan Stanley’s Annuity and Insurance Sales Desk, where I provided sales support to the firm’s financial advisors. In April of 2009, I joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a New Financial Advisor Trainee. Upon completion of the firm’s trainee program, I partnered with his father, a 40-year industry veteran. Together we formed The Ringelheim Wealth Management Group.
It’s the important things—our families, our values, the impact we have on others—that connect us. And although making sense of it all can be hard, asking the right questions can make things clearer. So, when I talk to you about wealth management, I want to learn about those life questions that are on your mind. “Should I start my own business? Is it better to leave my kids everything? Or nothing? How do I set up a charitable fund? Will my family be ok when I’m gone?” Together, I know we can find the answers.
My wife, Jennifer, and I reside in Delray Beach. FL with my son, Chase, and daughter, Blaire. I am an active member in the community with the Plainview Chamber of Commerce, Interchange Business Organization, and the Binghamton University Alumni Association.

Trusted financial advice is more important today than ever. As your Financial Advisor, your financial goals are the focus of everything I do. I want to learn all I can about you, so I can address your most important priorities with a detailed plan that puts your goals within reach. We will work side-by side in navigating life's major decisions, capturing opportunities and avoiding costly mistakes.
My aim: to be your advisor, committed to a relationship that’s relevant to your life and focused on your financial success.
Prior to serving as a Vice President and Financial Advisor, I worked closely with UBS Financial Advisors as a Wealth Planning Analyst, where I helped clients pursue their goals through holistic financial planning. Before joining UBS, I worked at a boutique investment banking and brokerage firm as a Private Client Group Consultant.
In 2013, I earned a B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University, where I played both lacrosse and football. On Sundays, you can find me competing with my long-time friends in the Syosset Touch Football Club. I enjoy reading, traveling and exploring NYC’s best restaurants. I currently live in Long Island City, NY and support several charities, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The JED Foundation (JED), and the American Heart Association.
After graduating from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, I began my career at JP Morgan Chase where I worked in financial accounting for 15 years. I joined UBS in 2004 as a Client Service Associate and have worked with Herb ever since. My focus is to enhance the client experience by anticipating client's needs, resolving their problems and following through with exceptional service. As a result, we've established quality relationships with our current clients and their families.
I take great pride in being the first line of contact for all our clients' inquiries. I make sure that account and balance transfers execute efficiently, and client reports generate properly. In addition, we collaborate with our clients' tax accountants and estate attorneys to make certain tasks such as Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), cost basis transfers, and tax reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
My husband and I live in Manhasset and our two daughters, Daniela and Laura, live in New York City. I am an active volunteer with the Manhasset Coalition Against Breast Cancer, the National Organization for Italian American Women and the Nassau County AHRC Foundation.
I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Hofstra University in 1996. I began my career with Smith Barney in Hewlett, NY working with Barry Ringelheim as a Registered Client Service Associate. After spending time to raise my family, I joined UBS in 2012 to work with The Ringelheim Wealth Management Group. I hold both Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and am dedicated to helping the team with all administrative and operational details necessary for creating the best client experience.
My husband, Andrew, and I reside in Rockville Centre, NY with our three children.

Talking about future financial responsibility can be an emotional and challenging topic for families. Whether you’re discussing an inheritance, insurance, a business transition or wealth transfer, an open, honest discussion among family members makes the process more rewarding for everyone. Let us show you how.
What’s really important to you—today and for the long term? UBS Wealth Way starts with questions and discussions that can help you organize your financial life into three key dimensions: Liquidity—to help provide cash flow for short-term expenses, Longevity—for longer-term needs and Legacy—for needs that go beyond your own.
UBS Wealth Way is an approach incorporating Liquidity. Longevity. Legacy. strategies that UBS Financial Services Inc. and our Financial Advisors can use to assist clients in exploring and pursuing their wealth management needs and goals over different time frames. This approach is not a promise or guarantee that wealth, or any financial results, can or will be achieved. All investments involve the risk of loss, including the risk of loss of the entire investment. Time frames may vary. Strategies are subject to individual client goals, objectives and suitability.
