Wendy has been guiding multigenerational families and institutions to successfully shape their legacies for more than two decades. As a Private Wealth Advisor and Family Office Consultant, Wendy is masterful at integrating every aspect of a client’s financial life including asset management, trust and estate planning strategies, philanthropy—and, above all, a client’s vision and purpose—to deliver a plan that is truly personal. 

Wendy is acutely attuned to the needs of women, collaborating with and empowering them—especially through periods of transition. Her background working with boutique firms and large institutions give her a unique perspective and the ability to marshal the extensive global resources available via UBS for the benefit of her clients.

• Wendy serves on the Board of Managers of the East Side House Settlement, a community-based organization serving the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. Since 2013, she has held roles on the program, finance, and nominating committees.
• Wendy serves on the Advisory Board of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. BCRF is the largest private funder of breast cancer research worldwide.
• Wendy serves on the Investment Committee of the American Heart Association’s National Endowment. Wendy is a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the AHA’s Go Red for Women Campaign in NYC. She is a past Chairwoman of the NYC Go Red For Women Luncheon.
• Outside of UBS, Wendy loves spending time with her family, exercising, and playing tennis. She has also completed an Ironman Triathlon. 
• Wendy resides in Armonk, NY with her husband, Kevin McAlister, and her daughter, Morgan.

Katie has a dynamic role on the team, combining her passion for working with clients with a process-driven approach to client service. She joined Hidden Oak Partners while at Credit Suisse and was indispensable in helping the team successfully transition to UBS in 2015. Today, Katie is focused on fostering the next generation of client relationships by offering helpful advice during periods of life transition, as well as sharing meaningful and relevant content.

Katie enjoys using skills learned as a part of her CFP® certification to help review asset allocations, build financial plans, and prepare for client review meetings. She also uses her leadership expertise as the business operations manager of Hidden Oak Partners. She partners with both the advisors and client associates to efficiently facilitate all requests and answer any questions. Katie is committed to each client having the best possible experience.

Cameron spent a year in the Financial Advisor Program at Morgan Stanley further developing his interest in Wealth Management before joining Hidden Oak Partners at UBS.

Cameron is an integral part of Hidden Oak Partners responsible for managing all team operations, client requests, account administration, and problem-solving. His experience in the financial services industry has further strengthened his commitment to building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. He upholds the team’s commitment to integrity and honesty while ensuring all client needs are met.

While Caitlin’s knowledge and experience in the communications field helps in building strong, long-lasting client relationships, her financial acumen and marketing expertise equips her to deliver exceptional client service experiences throughout every aspect of a client’s life.

As a Registered Client Associate, Caitlin always puts clients’ needs above all else and is committed to helping them meet their goals. She also assists in the team’s daily operations and delivers customized service and solutions to clients, always striving to exceed their expectations.

With a background in hospitality and healthcare, Bianca understands the intricacies of servicing clients. Her previous years of experience give her the tools and discernment to effectively coordinate every aspect of the business. Her role as the Executive Team Assistant for Hidden Oak Partners centers on supporting the team in an administrative capacity, including calendar management, travel coordination, technology assistance, marketing, and event planning.

Bianca approaches each task in an organized manner; from scheduling, to planning, to executing. She prides herself on fostering a welcoming environment for clients, vendors, and her fellow UBS colleagues. Through her efforts, she ensures the team can work together to bring clients the excellence they expect.
