Bill joined UBS by way of its acquisition of PaineWebber in 1996 after four years at Olde Discount Stockbrokers. Throughout his career, he has emphasized a comprehensive financial planning approach with high net worth families, including business owners and corporate executives.
Bill earned his bachelor's degree in corporate finance from Wayne State University in 1992. While there, he earned is varsity letter as a starting pitcher for the baseball team. He remains involved with both the university's business school, where he serves as a mentor, and the baseball program, where he founded an alumni group called the Wayne State Dugout Club.
Bill and his wife, Kim, have a son, Aaron, and daughter, Allison, and reside in Grosse Pointe Park. Outside the office, he has enjoyed coaching his children's sports teams and volunteering his time with neighborhood youth organizations. Bill is an active member of the Detroit Athletic Club and Country Club of Detroit, where he participates in the bowling, basketball and golf programs.

Financial Advisor
Born and raised in Downtown Detroit, Dave has nearly twenty years of professional experience in client services, consulting and business development roles. He earned degrees in both Finance and Sales & Marketing from Tuskegee University.
Dave joined UBS Wealth Management in January of 2021. He focuses on partnering with his clients to help them generate lasting results on various execution strategies. He believes in building strong, long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial. He has a true passion for helping and connecting people.
Dave also works for the Detroit Pistons Basketball Company as a statistician. He is a true sports enthusiast, and enjoys bowling, golfing, biking and playing basketball in his spare time. He currently resides in Bloomfield Hills with his wife and two children.

Max has spent the last ten years of his career in investment-related, client-facing roles. He began his financial advisory career with Raymond James as a solo practitioner. Prior to Raymond James, Max was an M&A Analyst with Cowen’s investment banking group, where he partnered with business owners on all aspects related to selling their respective businesses. Before Cowen, Max was an Advisor Consultant at Neuberger Berman in New York where he partnered with financial advisors and assisted with asset allocation, wealth planning and portfolio optimization.
He graduated from Bucknell University where he earned a B.A. in economics. Additionally, Max has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional (CFP®).
Max lives in Grosse Pointe Farms with his wife, two young children and two French bulldogs. Outside of work, he spends time weekly at the Downtown Boxing Gym in Detroit, tutoring high school students in math and science. In his free time he enjoys golf, paddle tennis, fitness and anything related to Detroit sports.
