Bob has dedicated his 30 year career to advising institutional clients of varying size and nature. Bob has established himself and his team as a valuable resource to public entities, non-profits, and credit unions. In 2003, Bob along with partner Ned Sorley joined UBS to better address the unique needs of this marketplace.
Bob received his B.A. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and Marketing, from the College of St. Thomas. For over 25 years, Bob has been an active Board Member of True Friends, formerly Camp Friendship and Camp Courage, a Non-profit dedicated to providing year round support to persons with physical and developmental disabilities. Away from the office, Bob has actively coached his four children in hockey, football and baseball, and he currently resides in Golden Valley.

Ned began his career at Paine Webber in 1985, before moving to Miller & Schroeder Financial in 1987, where he specialized in institutional fixed income. Ned and Bob became partners in 2001 at Prudential Securities with a continued focus on Institution fixed income. In order to better serve their institutional client base their journey led them to UBS in 2003.
Ned is the current chairman of the Midwest North Chapter of VDD GNA, a nonprofit. He is the former president of the Minnesota Chapter of NAVHDA, also a nonprofit. He earned a BA in Business administration from University of Minnesota – Moorhead.
